If you love mountains and hiking, there are great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, where you can enjoy the view of Nordmøre's fjord landscape or try your luck at fishing. Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV on all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Hjertelig velkommen til vårt paradis. I vår nybygde hytte på Oppdal, ligger alt til rette for flotte fjellturer, langrennsturer og besøk i alpinbakker. Hytta ligger skjermet til i et lite hyttefelt. Stor tomt, med sol fra morgen til sent på kvelden. Stue og kjøkken, 3 soverom, 1 bad, 2 toalett, samt vaskerom med dusj i 1. etg. 2 soverom og loftstue på hems. Hems har ståhøyde på midten.. Alle fasiliteter og WIFI/fiber. Nytt uteområde med stor platt, jacuzzi og innglasset hagestue.

Grautaneset is located at the foot of the spectacular mountain Tustnastabben. On one side you have a view of the lake, on the other side you see straight up the mountain. The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
