Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

I gaten parkerer du bilen gratis. Det er 5 km til sentrum og 5 km til Granåsen, med veldig gode bussforbindelser og matbutikker i nærheten.

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV on all floors, PS5 in the basement.

In addition, we have parking with room for 3-4 cars. Ideal for groups and families who want a comfortable base in quiet neighborhoods.

Practical flat with 2 bedrooms right in the very center of Trondheim. Sleeps 4 persons. Cosy athmosphere, and with all the commodities to have a relaxing and nice stay. Cozy old wooden building in a high first floor location. 2 minutes walk from the airport bus and 5 minutes walk to the central station. You have all of Trondheim just outside your door, but being in an alloway it’s secluded and quiet. Some city sounds must be expected.
