The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

4 1/2 room apartment in Tschiertschen

The attic apartment is located in a Walser house that was built in 1847. In 2019, the whole house was completely renovated. The apartment is a gem and is located approx. 150 meters from the valley station of the Tschiertschen ski resort. In summer, Tschiertschen is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and great bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Relax in our Bijou directly on the ski and toboggan run above Tschiertschen. From the wood-fired hot pot (not a whirlpool!) you can enjoy the view of the Schanfigg and the Aroser Weisshorn (fee CHF 75 per stay, see further details). In the cozy apartment you will find a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living-dining room with a cozy couch, 2 bedrooms with one double bed each and a bathroom with bathtub.

The modern, beautifully furnished 3-room apartment in the rustic mountain village of Tschiertschen with a cozy ski area offers a unique panoramic view in an atmospheric ambience. From the living room with open kitchen you can go into the private garden with covered seating and fire pit. The kitchen is very well equipped. The smaller bedroom has a sofa that is used as a comfortable double bed by children and adults.
