非常满意的一次入住体验，沟通顺畅，房东会亲自带我们上去并告诉我们一些需要注意的事项，整个房子干净整洁，周围走路几分钟就到了美食街和码头，交通相当便利。在退房的前一天还贴心的询问飞机时间，并表示可以延期到下午退房。可惜我的飞机是早上。非常推荐大家入住!

3년밖에 안된 호텔이라 깨끗하고 보안도 잘되어있어요. 내부가 넓고 모든게 잘 갖춰져있고 필요한게 있을때 호스트 응답이 빨라 좋아요. 수영장도 넓고 깨끗해요. 수영장에서 공항이 보이고 비행기가 자주 보여 아이들이 좋아했어요. 시내 쇼핑몰까지도 가까워 이동하기 편했어요. 다음에도 방문하고싶은 숙소에요.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 这是一趟非常愉快的住宿体验！房间干净整洁，布置温馨有质感，和照片完全一致，甚至更好！民宿主人非常热情友善，入住前就详细说明了入住流程，而且每一次回复我的信息都很快，也很贴心地推荐了附近的美食和景点。 床铺非常舒适，晚上非常安静，睡得特别好。民宿的每一个细节都可以看出主人的用心，非常贴心周到。 位置也很方便，交通便利，无论是自驾还是步行都很方便，楼下就是imago shopping mall，最开心的就是步行就可以到楼下的海底捞吃火锅，这是这次行程最特别的一次 总之，这是一次超出预期的入住体验，强烈推荐给大家，下次来一定会再入住！👍

房子位于亚庇菜市场附近，午餐可以在市场后面自行采购，到市场二层加工点加工，晚餐可以去夜市，离天桥下榴莲摊位和佳雅街夜市都比较近，步行可以到达

Great place to stay within the city itself. Alot of amenities around and also a wonderful jogging track.

This house is really great, clean, convenient. nothing to complaint. I will recommend my friend if they go to KK.

한국인들 꼭 가세요! 이번 코타키나발루 여행에서 저희는 두 가족, 성인 4명과 아이들 5명이 함께 Tay님의 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 많은 인원이 함께 지내야 해서 걱정도 있었지만, 막상 도착해보니 방이 정말 넓고 쾌적해서 모두가 편안하게 머물 수 있었어요. 무엇보다도 이 숙소의 가장 큰 장점은 환상적인 뷰입니다. 창문을 열면 탁 트인 바다와 도시의 조화로운 풍경이 펼쳐지는데, 사진으로 다 담기지 않을 정도로 아름다웠어요. 아침에는 햇살이, 저녁엔 노을과 야경이 우리 가족 모두에게 특별한 추억을 선물해줬습니다. 청결 상태도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 바닥, 침대, 욕실까지 아주 깔끔하게 관리되어 있었고, 아이들이 있어 위생에 특히 민감했는데 전혀 걱정 없이 머물 수 있었어요. 기본적인 어메니티도 잘 갖춰져 있고, 생활에 필요한 소소한 것들까지 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 그리고 호스트 Tay님은 정말 친절하셨습니다. 체크인 전부터 자세하고 친절하게 안내해주셨고, 여행 내내 문의드릴 일이 있을 때마다 빠르고 정성껏 답해주셨어요. 여행 중간에도 저희를 잘 챙겨주시는 메시지에 진심이 느껴져서 감사했어요. 여행을 더욱 편안하고 행복하게 만들어준 숙소였습니다. 아이들도 다시 오고 싶다고 할 정도로 만족스러웠고, 다음에 코타키나발루에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶어요. 가족 단위 여행객이라면 정말 강력히 추천드립니다! 位置近碼頭，方便出海玩，景觀也不錯！

Nice, clean apartment with beautiful ocean+pool+garden view, two full bathrooms (one en suite, one not), full range of appliances including washer/dryer, and working AC. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants/cafes/convenience stores downstairs or nearby, and walkable to Jesselton Point ferry terminal (<5 min) and Suria Sabah mall (<10 min). Smooth check-in, clear instructions, and responsive host. Just a few minor gripes: unit does get a bit of hallway noise, only had one small wastebasket for entire unit, and kitchen had fewer place settings than shown in photos. All that said, I would gladly stay here again. Speaking of photos, they seem to show two different but similar units with mirrored layouts. I stayed in the one shown in photos 6-7, which had a prettier ocean view IMHO and an en-suite bathroom connected to BR1, not BR2. Otherwise, setup and furnishings were mostly the same.

We had a great stay. Clean & spacious place. Very convenient as there is direct access to the mall from condo lift. Just first time it's confusing to locate the mall entrance. Host is very responsive and able to guide us very fast. We enjoy our stay very much.

It was a great stay. When you walk or travel around KK and then come home, it feels like home. The area has many restaurants and malls, and it feels like it's in the center. It's also easy to access Grab.

我们一家六口住空间完全没问题，三个房间都有热水，记得提前打开开关。也可以在厨房自行做法，只是亚庇的市场没办法买到活的海鲜。图片是阳台望出去的临海视角，到的第一天晚上看到了晚霞。

Thanks to Penny for the hosting and everything seems perfect with a beautiful home which is spotlessly clean and Penny is super responsive, the location is great with beautiful surroundings and very close to the city and marina, highly recommended!
