The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

Impeccable! Carina is very kind and ready. The house is a delight! Clean, all new, cozy. It was difficult to leave, but we will always return! It exceeded my expectations!! From the beginning, Thomás attended to us promptly, even before we made the reservation. Very polite and helpful. We were with our 6-month-old baby and he arranged a crib for him to sleep in. In addition to indicating a local supplier for breakfast basket. The house's space is simply amazing, better than in the photos. Everything is clean and impeccable, the lighting is the cherry on the cake highlighting all the best that the environment provides. Full kitchen, everything extremely clean and fragrant. Our dogs loved running on the grass, the outdoor space is fantastic. We use everything the house offers, the fireplace, the heated and illuminated jacuzzi and the super comfortable rocking chairs. They were incredible days, my family loved it, we will definitely come back and recommend it. Special mention to Marcio, who always attended to us in a very polite and helpful manner. One of the best places we ever stayed.

Second time my family and I have stayed at Vivenda da Dona Odília and we will definitely return.... I already feel at home...the house is beautiful, always clean and the host is always friendly and giving us all the necessary information.... the location is about 10 minutes from the center and other places to visit.....my daughter is disabled so I chose this house because it has a calm environment and a playground for her to play.... once again Fabio, thank you for the affection and attention and until the end of the year we will definitely be back in this paradise.❤️❤️❤️😍😍

Simply great! The house offers a very pleasant environment for a family or friends getaway. Super well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable! I hope to be able to return in the near future again. We highly recommend the farm!

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. We were lucky to get cold days with temperatures that were below zero in the morning and the house was ready to serve us! Heaters in all rooms, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens of excellent quality It has all the household utensils to avoid any kind of difficulty. The location is excellent and easily accessible. The landscape of the place is enchanting. Walter was always available before, during and after our stay. The employee Dirce who received us is friendly and helpful. The house has games for the children so they don't get bored. It is possible to notice that everything there is done with great zeal and care. We will definitely return!!!

My family and I simply love the accommodation! Every detail of the space was thought out with great care and good taste, providing an extremely comfortable and welcoming environment. We felt at home from the first moment. Wilson was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay, always available to help us with whatever we needed. We definitely want to come back more often. We really liked the house, super well taken care of, everything very clean and sanitized, a super complete house with everything you might need. We only stayed 2 nights and it was well worth it. Easy access and location, a very quiet street, we went by car so to get to the center was fast, on average about 10 minutes, for those who are not by car it would be a little distant. We couldn't use the pool because it was cold, but we used the bathtub, which was very good. The house is large and super organized, it has several appliances and kitchen utensils, the entire interior and exterior of the house is very beautiful, Lúcia helped us by cell phone when we arrived and when we left, it was super worth it, we would have liked to have stayed more days.

Second time we stayed at one of Sandra's properties, and it was impeccable again. Decoration, coziness, all thought out with great affection and elegance.

The stay at Casarao Ateliê was delightful! Flat house, clean land, quiet place and surrounded by nature! there is a nice space to make a fire, hammocks on the balcony, as well as a mattress for use during the day on the balcony too (great for taking a nap in the afternoon). the house was super clean, full kitchen! access is by dirt road, but without any problem (I went in a season without rain). Ligia was attentive and available to give tips. for those who want to disconnect in the middle of nature, I highly recommend it!

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked several questions in the group they created, and they responded promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

Our stay was amazing!! Rodrigo was always very helpful, gave us several recommendations and always gave us a lot of attention. Very complete house, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have hair dryers and face tissues, everything very well thought out and beyond expectations. The view is amazing and the architecture of the house is very well structured, the leisure area is also amazing!! On the last night alone, we got a heavy rain and had some small leaks in the living room area, but nothing extreme.

The farm is perfect, there is no way to describe in words how comfortable and pleasant the property is. The hosts, Mrs. Marisa and Mr. Roberto are extremely kind and very welcoming, always very helpful and attentive. I just have to thank you for such a pleasant weekend! The house is just wonderful! Very well decorated, comfortable and located in a very quiet condominium — perfect for those looking to rest and reconnect. It is equipped with everything we need: complete kitchen utensils, clean and smelling linens, all prepared with great affection. A special highlight goes to the enchanting tree in the garden, which conquered us at first. In the evening, the starry sky, the full moon and the illuminated tree created a magical setting. An unforgettable experience!

I really liked the space, exactly as in the pictures. The pool is great and receives sunshine all day long. The cleaning was impeccable throughout the house. The hosts responded super quickly and were very kind and helpful. Having a mini market helps a lot. I went with my dogs and they loved the space, the farm animals are super calm and apparently adapted to other dogs. I worked during the period I was there and the Wi-Fi was excellent. I recommend it to everyone.
