There is a lot of sunlight in the lake house, 6m ceiling - light a fireplace, prepare tea collected in local meadows and read your favorite Ziedonis in a net above the fireplace. A double mattress is accessible by ladder + a sofa on the ground floor. Not for extensive cooking (a microwave, fridge, sandwich toaster, gas grill). The table and chairs are outside. Next to a good Ukrainian restaurant.

Comfy apartment with a balcony in a private area 200m from the sea. There is a SPA with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna in the territory and a restaurant with very high-quality steaks in the menu. Albatross SPA is a separate service and must be booked using the Bookla app or through administration. The apartment has its own private parking lot next to the house.
