We went to Ambato for health reasons and the place was great, the advantage of the self check-in was great since we arrived around midnight and entered the apartment without problems, surely on the next trip we will book it again.

The apartment exceeded expectations, the rooms are beautiful, very spacious, nice decoration. As a suggestion, for those who are going to stay several days or wish to use the kitchen, it should be better equipped, and needs cleaning supplies. Everything is very nice, good service and above all, it's central

Our second time to stay here. Every time we go back to Banos this will be our first pick, if and when it is available! This time we got to meet her in person. Very kind and welcoming! Eager to help in any way.

Edith's stay met us well, the apartment is very spacious. It is located in a busy area but you won't get any of this inside. Despite we don't speak much Spanish, we were able to communicate well with Edith because of her quiet speech and explanation. Definitely recommended.

Apartment equal to the photographs. Very good communication with Rocio, the requirements such as changing towels, were solved immediately and kindly. We went as a family, including our dog, and we had an excellent few days. We only suggest a small detail, which would complete the comfort during the stay: a nightstand next to the beds and in the living room where you share and watch TV, some appropriate furniture. Other than that, we loved it, highly recommended the Presidential Penthouse, to spend a wonderful few days in the beautiful Baños de Agua Santa.

The place is in a very central area of everything that can be done in Baños and most importantly very safe.

This 2-bedroom 2-bath condo was perfect home base for our 3 nights in Banos. The large soaker tub was a nice bonus. Located in the heart of Banos, next to the bus station and only minutes walk from anything/anywhere you want to go. Just as featured and described in the listing. Highly recommend.

Excellent, totally recommended, Elizabeth is a great host, the place is identical to the photos and the location is ideal, close to the center but still quiet enough to rest, we will definitely return.
