Small, cozy and clean apartment. This is my second stay and will not be the last. Recommended

Had a great time! A huge thank you to my host and his daughter for their really warm welcome. They were adorable from start to finish, always smiling, available and responsive to the slightest message. We immediately feel comfortable at home. The accommodation matched the listing perfectly: clean, well-equipped, quiet and very pleasant to live in. Everything came together for a serene and comfortable time. Thanks again for everything, it was a real pleasure. I'll keep the address for next time!

Christine was very responsive to the slightest question, the apartment is very well decorated, everything is well maintained, there is the essential with a charming terrace. The advantage of this apartment is that it is very bright with a very panoramic view of the Gammarth forest and a distant view of the sea. And the place is very quiet to rest. We'll definitely be back.

This apartment is excellent for a stay in Sidi Bou Said. It's spacious, quiet, clean, and close to everything in the area. The balcony is beautiful with its flowers and makes for a great place to spend the evening. Highly recommended! :)

Mahmoud is a rare host, responds immediately and no matter the time, always there to help if needed, recommends things nearby, etc. Beautiful, clean accommodation, superb decor, beautiful terrace and a great rooftop (which can be rented by the day on request from Mahmoud). I loved this stay and recommend the apartment and Mahmoud as a host. Go there without a second thought!!

The accommodation is charming, very nice, it has everything, nothing is missing, the bed is great, next to a supermarket, a somewhat old area but quiet and safe and close to the tram that takes you to the city. Donia is excellent at communication as well. We would return and recommend it 100%, do not hesitate, take this apartment if you can.

Meriem was such a wonderful host, her place is really cosy and comfortable and she was responsive and helpful when I had trouble locating the apartment and checking in. I felt right at home and really enjoyed my stay. Aside from being slightly tricky to find and locate, the apartment looks even nicer than the photos, and I wish I had more time to read the beautifully curated books in every corner! Definitely adding them to my list of books to read.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Haythem’s property in Tunis and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-situated and welcoming place to stay in the capital. The accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of both short and longer stays. The location offers convenient access a grocery store, a pharmacy, cafe's and restaurants also not too far from central Tunis, a car is needed or taxis are easy to access. The host is communicative, respectful of privacy, and readily available for any assistance required. The beds could have been more comfortable but for the price and how large the apartment is it is a steal and very lovely.

Great stay! Self check-in, which is not bad, but Farah remains at your disposal by messages if needed! The apartment is beautiful, clean, a pleasure to stay there. Everything is provided so you don't miss anything (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swab, shower gel, shampoo, etc.) The location of the residence is great but still plan to have a car Private car park available We even got to enjoy the pool on the rooftop, the little ones were delighted Thanks again We will come again

Jason and Anja were wonderful hosts. even though our plane arrived very late at night they arranged for someone to show us the apartment and checkin was very smooth.

We had a great stay, really nothing to say except that the hot tub didn't work but that's okay, we can still take a bath lol The place where the apartment is located and close to the corniche, Sidi Bou Said, 10 minutes from Tunis center by taxi The host was extremely responsive. Really nothing to say at the slightest problem, he responded and fixed the problem, the apartment is super great good. we had a great stay the mall is just in front of the resistance no need for a car to eat or shop. Every time I go down to Tunis, I drop off my suitcases there. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.
