Um local pequeno mas agradável e limpo. É um quarto conjugado com uma cozinha e um banheiro. No quarto tem uma cama de casal e um armário na cozinha tem mesa com 4 cadeiras , geladeira, fogão armário e eletrodomésticos. Tenho tudo o que precisa para um casal ou até 3 pessoas, podemos colocar um colchão extra! Não é apropriado para longas estadias, pois não tem área de serviço nem quintal. Fica no térreo.
