Connie's place is beautiful, sparkling clean and well stocked. She went above and beyond with care to detail and Christmas decorations. The quality of the pots, pans, and all of the kitchen equipment was so much better than the usual airbnb offerings. She was generous with the basics and everything was top quality. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent stay in a clean, well-equipped home We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—the place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. One minor quibble: the coffee maker was tiny and could only brew two cups at a time, which was a bit inconvenient for our group. The location is fantastic—just about an hour’s drive to Yosemite National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring. The community was undergoing construction, and some roads were closed during our visit. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes to enter and pay the $50 entrance fee, which was frustrating. It’s worth asking the host for an update on access or checking ahead before booking.

This is an extremely comfortable home with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Brian has lots of great recommendations for restaurants, etc. The property is a good spot for touring Yosemite Valley. The local lake is very nice for sunsets. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful cabin! Our family of 7 were very comfortable! From the time that I booked, the communication was great. the home was as described. peaceful, quiet and beautiful setting. My granddaughter and I named the wild turkeys, deer , hummingbirds and lizards that we saw!The kids had an amazing time in the loft, and I thoroughly enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Convenient to the lake, swimming pool and little town of Groveland, about a one hour drive to Yosemite Valley. I highly recommend Jeff and Gina's home!

We had a wonderful stay in Ceres! The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, which made meals easy and enjoyable. Lorena communicated promptly and helpfully when a spa issue came up, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience—would definitely stay again!

We absolutely adored our stay at Roman’s place! It was the perfect comfortable getaway in a wonderful location. Roman was a fantastic host, very kind and super responsive. I would not hesitate to be a return guest! So happy with everything. Thank you Roman!

Venkata was very nice and responsive. For the most part the house was very clean, other than some stains on the walls, and some trash the cleaners forgot to remove from the back. There also wasn't enough towels (only 4, and no hand towels for the bathrooms or kitchen), but we usually bring extras. It was a very quiet area, and a convenient location for us. We were here for a conference and so we basically just used it to change in between our meetings and to sleep at night, so we weren't there much during the day. We would stay here again.

This home was a fantastic find! It’s cozy, spacious, and perfect for families or groups. The convenience of freeway access and being so close to grocery stores, shopping centers, and restaurants made our stay even better. This was a great stop for a wedding—quiet, situated right in the heart of Modesto, beautiful home that comfortably fits 6 (don’t worry—nobody’s sleeping on a pull-out bed or anything!). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and bowls, and the living room even had games. Each room had a TV, too! Would recommend this stay to anyone!

This Studio is awesome! Everything you need in a convertible space. The full size oven & refrigerator is really a plus! The queen size bed is very comfortable. The attention to detail really stands out for the whole property. Full access to the backyard for bbq’s and a spacious patio for lounging is just great! Highly recommended!

Jessica was very responsive during our stay. Very helpful with a few problems we had run into that were super easy fixes. She was also super accommodating, understanding and sweet. The space was perfect and homey, all furniture was comfortable. Next trip I will definitely be looking out for this place for another stay.

Loved our stay in this super clean and cozy home. It is on a beautiful tree-lined street and within easy walking distance of a neighborhood grocery store, book store, and restaurants. We appreciated the cute coffee bar, the books to browse, and all of Jacilyn’s attention to detail. Great place to stay!

The space is incredibly roomy, spotless, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing, gathering, or just enjoying some quiet time. Every corner of the house felt intentional and well-appointed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail is next-level from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful touches throughout. When I tell you this place is top notch, I’m not messing around. I’ll be booking this house every single time I come home to visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Really cozy place. We felt right at home.

This house is just as cute as in the photos. I really liked having the private gate code for the front of the house- it felt very safe since the home is right on a busy street. The decor is thoughtful and adorable, there is everything you would think you would need in the home for a very quiet, easy, and peaceful stay.

This was a very nice, quiet, and private dwelling. Elsa and Dale are great hostess. They gave me plants from their garden which is very nice of them. Now I enjoy watching my plants bloom. One can tell that they take great pride in their Airbnd. For long stays Elsa insist on monthly cleaning. Everything you need is as advertised. I love the little private back courtyard. I would definitely recommend to others and I would return if I am in the area again. Thanks Elsa and Dale for your hospitality!!

this was my first time renting an Airbnb. I just want to say tha I really loved this place. it made me feel like home. I wish I could of enjoyed it more. we were up and down due to a family 15th birthday. Sergio is really friendly and he responds really quick. Thank You Sergio. hope to stay there again in the future.

Great 3 bedroom/2 bath home that is easily accessible. Extremely clean and maintained. It was a little more than had planned to spend, but looking at other properties available, this was reasonable. Great place to stay and would definitely recommend!

Everything was lovely! It worked great for our families to stay together and be in town for wedding events. Also close enough to visit Calaveras Big Tree, Yosemite, Jamestown, Columbia and more!

This was the best place I have ever stayed in. It was so clean and so beautifully decorated. Andrea supplied the most thoughtful amenities that took care of every need. Next trip to Modesto I will definitely stay here again. Felt like my home away from home
