Chalet holiday rentals in Tuscany

Beautiful place, loved the pool with lots of Sun loungers. Table tennis table, pool and swing helped to keep the kids entertained. The place was spotlessly clean and attention paid to details. Nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of cats! There is a smell of cat poo by the loungers in the grass, but if you stay at the loungers by the pool you can avoid it. There isn’t a lounge and the kitchen is a small area - but it was fine for cooking basic things and was very well equipped. The private veranda was lovely, however we were there in august and it was quite hot until later in the evening. If you don’t mind heat you will be fine. Superb place and I recommend!

Neat little living nicely located within driving distance from Pisa, Firenze and cinque terre. The camping site has all you need. The restaurant at the camping is good, but in my opinion it would be even better if there wasn´t a kids club show playing very loud every night just in front of the restaurant. Lots of beach clubs and restaurants down by the beach. It's a 1,5 km walk to the beach, and the free shuttle bus doesn´t go after 18:00. There are bikes to rent at the camping.

Lovely cottage , both shaded in the afternoon and sunny in the morning. Beautiful views of the soothing mountain, ideal for recharging in the heart of nature. The pool has a blast view. The cottage is as described and self-sufficient dishwasher, etc., with the possibility of washing linen in common room. 5 min by car, food and shops: excellent butcher make it possible to make the supply. On the agenda: rest and hikes: Doganaccia and Abettone . Adventure park, botanical garden for children... Thank you to Francesca and her husband for your hospitality and availability. Unfortunately, it's not possible to give more than 5 stars. Although we stayed for three days, we were overwhelmed by the peace and serenity of the place. We really enjoyed the house and its style. Accustomed to the city, this little slice of heaven made us completely forget the rest. The hosts are very kind and ready for anything you need. Just one word; thank you.

Elena is an amazing host and very friendly. The place is located in the most beautiful little town on top of Tuscany mountains! We loved our stay and recommend it to anyone who would like a rustic farm style stay and wine tour! Thank you Elena!

Unfortunately, the Easter holidays in 2025 were a bit rainy and quite cold. With enough firewood and the air conditioning, however, it was cozy during the rains. The house is simply decorated but functional and tasteful. The location is fantastic, the house is alone on a large property with olive terraces. Kitchen appliances are sufficiently available, bring your own all consumable items (herbs, salt, sugar, dish soap, garbage bags, etc.). Stefano is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Trust Stefano's advice and do not drive the car up the driveway unless you have four-wheel drive.

A very peaceful and a nice place, you can find almost everything you need in the camp, staff are welcoming the bungalows are well furnish and the parking is great just adjacent to us. Host responsive and provided all the details. Over all a nice place to stay🤗

The campsite as well as the surrounding area is great, the accommodation is the right place for us!

Hello everyone The place is beautiful and the cottage🏡 was also beautiful The kids were very happy The only note is that the air conditioning motor is outside but causes some noise in the big room But we were very happy and I hope to come back there another time 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a nice time in Viareggio on the campsite. From there we were able to visit the cities of Pisa and Florence and have a boat tour from Viareggio to the Cinque Terre. The beach can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by bike. The bikes can be hired on the campground. It was also nice that Jan responded to inquiries at very short notice and gave helpful tips. Thank you! The campsite is very nice and the staff always friendly and helpful. All in all we had a nice holiday and can only recommend the accommodation!

We spent our 1st camping holiday as a family in Jan's mobile home and we enjoyed it very much. The amenities and location are as described. The beach is easily accessible by a transfer bus of the campsite (this runs several times a day) or if you have a little more beach equipment, by car and park it on one of the numerous (paid, easily affordable via ParkApp) beach parking. The location of the campsite was ideal for us to visit Carrara (about 1 hour away by car) It takes a few minutes to go in Viareggio. The promenade offers a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. To nearby Pisa we went easily and comfortably by train. All in all it was a very nice holiday. We would definitely come back!

It was very nice! There are shops, a restaurant and I was able to rent a bike at the campsite. I was on the beach in 5-10 minutes by bike. Very nice beach. Free beach or beach with deck chairs available. A larger grocery store can be reached by bicycle in 2-5 minutes. There were good jogging routes (through the forest). Friendly staff at the campsite and very nice neighbors.

Very affordable home and nice host. The camping staff was helpful. No issues during the stay. Great service options, like a washing machine. The nice surroundings were very appreciated, very flowers, trees and bushes. We walked to and from the beach with our three children (youngest 8 years). It went well. To the city center it was a bit too far for the youngest child. Air conditioning strongly recommends! Very nice camping! Recommend both the campsite and the host (Jan)!

Super check in and out. Were always there for us if you had any questions. We felt welcome all the holiday. Our dog was also very welcome. The whole area is very nice for us. Thank you for making our vacation. We enjoyed it very much.

We spent four wonderful days in the cabin, we would have stayed more, but since all the dates were busy, we visited Pisa and returned to camping again, but already to another cabin. So if you want to stay with Silvia, order in advance. Everything was great. Silvia was very helpful and patiently answered our questions. In the bathroom in the sink, the water drained poorly, they wrote to Silvia and immediately solved the problem. The place is as described and was sparkling clean. Everything in the house is provided, for cooking too. It is easy to get to the beach by car, there are a lot of parking lots, 5-6 euros per day. The sea is warm, the beach is wide and sandy. The location is ideal for family and relaxing holidays.
