The house and area was exactly what we were looking for when we started planning our time away. Wonderful experience both on the property and region. House was as described/displayed. Annabella was a fantastic host. Whether updating the listing to include a temporary item or helping us to get the door unlocked (this is on us, look with you eyes not your mouth situation). In the future we will keep Annabella in mind when we need to get away from it all for a little while.

The home itself strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Inside, the decor is thoughtful and unique: a nostalgic mix of vintage childhood sports photos, striking modern art, and beautiful antiques. It all blends together to create a space that feels both stylish and deeply personal. The fireplace is a centerpiece—warm, inviting, and stocked with enough firewood to last all summer. This isn’t just a house—it’s a welcoming home. You can feel the care and intention behind every detail. Located just 15 minutes from Bethel Woods, it’s the ideal escape from NYC. I can’t wait to return.

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. My friends and I loved staying at Svetlana & Eugene’s place. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed to spend a lovely long weekend upstate while it was very snowy out. Definitely would re-book!

We really enjoyed our stay at Olga’s! The design throughout the space is beautiful, and staying on the second floor feels like floating among the trees. It’s also wonderfully private, with great food spots nearby that make the location super convenient.

Great place to stay after seeing a show at Bethel Woods. Easy to find and less than 15min drive to catch the show. Erik was easy to work with as well. We will def book his place again when we come back for another show!

Jessica's restored barn is amazing and one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The photos don't do it justice! The barn is unique and has the most incredible views! The sunset experience is A++, and the deck is the most serene place to have your morning coffee. The most impressive part is how clean the space is- I'm not sure how she does it! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need from a popcorn maker to a vitamix. There are spaces to sit, relax and nap in every corner of the house. It is immaculate, thoughtful, peaceful and comfortable. Bonus- if you love music, there is an insanely good CD & record collection. Jessica was so responsive to any of our outreach and we will 100% be back. *10/10 would recommend, this place is a total find!!

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

This A-frame escape was exactly what I needed — the perfect break from the city. The place is beautifully designed, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. The jacuzzi was absolutely incredible, especially under the stars at night, and the A-frame structure made the whole stay feel like a peaceful retreat.

The Hideout was such an amazing place to stay and the A Frame was exactly what we were hoping for. It had everything we needed and Samantha was very communicative the whole time. A perfect weekend with the toddler and the dog!

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

What a great experience! The Woodside A-Frame is a beautifully designed house, built with love and care, and it shows. Our family couldn't have asked for a better time. Great place to stay for our family of three! Close to the Woodstock Museum, great dining in Narrowsburg, and the river for rafting. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, and the space had everything we needed for a great stay. Kitchen was well appointed and the WiFi was fast. Will definitely stay again!

Priscilla was a great host and was very flexible with some unforeseen last minute scheduling conflictions on our end. The cabin was very nice and clean and the dogs had a ton of fun in the pond. it was a nice, secluded location for a getaway and only 5 minutes from town.

Absolutely fantastic place. Everything was clean, and properly working. Feels like a home away from home. If the weather is great outside the deck area is fantastic for grilling and if the weather is not great the house stays nice and warm 👍

Hemant's space was a welcome retreat into the woods. We had an excellent quiet stay. The space was well thought out to not be cluttered yet everything you possibly need for a short stay is at your fingertips. The large windows allowed us to sit and view the many birds in the area. From Bluejays to Hummingbirds the space provided a nice, quiet, restful space to delight the senses. We will return to this gem.

Lovely setting, comfortable beds environment, and all tools to enjoy outdoors , barbecue and fire-pit. The only downside was difficulty finding the property. Street not listed on GPS and not very visible, and wifi is not great until you arrive inside-.its also a dirt road. Very close to all venues, like Bethel woods and fine dining.
