There's a large fenced-in backyard for your four-legged friends. The house is 100% solar-powered with battery backup. EV charging is free. Each room has AC and heating. There's a full kitchen with all pots, pans, cookware, and any accessories you may need. I provide all the basics you may need but feel free to confirm.

There is an extra Large sofa-Bed, TV, and Hot Tub for soaking under the stars in with a hammock nearby.
