Come and stay in our cozy pool house in scenic Älta, Nacka! Separate house of 25 sqm located on our property. The house has a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, wood-fired sauna and kitchen/kitchenette + small living room in one. Swimming in the pool according to the permit. But it is also close to several swimming lakes, one of which is 100 m from the house (sandy beach & jetties). Kayaks are available to rent by the lake. 100 meters to grocery store & buses to central Stockholm (max. 25 minutes) A cozy pool house with sauna, kitchen, lakes nearby & 25 minutes to Stockholm

House 27 sqm 20 minutes from the city

Newly-built private house in a high position with terrace, 2 minutes to the bus (15 minutes to Gullmarsplan, 20 minutes to Slussen Stockholm city). Parking is included. Bed linens, towels, consumables are included. TV with Chromecast. Dishwasher and washing machine. 5 minutes to the swimming lake, 15 minutes to the nature reserve. 2 minutes to grocery store open every day 8 am - 10 pm. 2 bikes are included. Stockholm city 35 min, the sea (Baltic Sea) with sandy beach, 30 min. NOTE: Only non-smokers are allowed as guests, this is because we are allergic.

Guest house of 30 square meters in a high position in the middle of the peninsula with walking distance to lovely swimming in both the sea and lake. On the peninsula, there are several nature reserves where forests and dramatic rock formations offer beautiful viewpoints and hiking. The nature and silence make this a very relaxing place. Stockholm can be reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 minutes. On the front, there is a balcony and garden that provides privacy from the main building. On the back is a newly-built terrace overlooking the forest.

Archipelago villa with sea plot and fantastic sea view over Erstaviken. The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. The house is close to Stockholm by car, Tyresö Castle is within walking distance and by boat you can quickly get to Saltsjöbaden and Dalarö. Let me know if you have any questions

Highly located house with everything you need and close to amazing nature. Large plot. Forest walk right from the door, swimming areas 1 km away and only 2 km to the entrance to Tyresta National Park. This is the first time we are renting out the house, so there are no reviews. Bus stop is 1 km away on weekdays and 3 km away on weekends.

The balcony is in the best location with sun in the afternoon and evening. Within a few minutes' walk is Albysjön & the nearest sandy beach. The residential area in which the house is located is on a peninsula - very scenic and bordering on nature reserves. So the accommodation is perfect for those looking for a relaxing stay with nature as a neighbor.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

In a sheltered, peaceful bay with sun all day, this lovely private accommodation with its own jetty and proximity to the sea is located. The house is 140 sqm, divided into 2 floors. The lower floor has a kitchen, large common areas and dining area for everyone. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna. Upstairs are all the bedrooms, 2 rooms with double beds and 2 smaller rooms where one bedroom has a bunk bed. There is also a laundry room, bathroom with shower and toilet.
