Nice apartment, conveniently located to explore the forested preserve. Walkable to city center where there are interesting architecture.

Spent 4 weeks enjoying this perfectly located accomodation, kitchen equipped with every utensil. White goods and work space all up to scratch, plus friendly bar staff over road who assist with the included parking spot. Beautiful beach right over the road, and perfect distance from Main Street, but away from most traffic noise. Nikolo and friends ensured any issues were resolved immediately and to the highest standard, would sincerely recommend this property for young families, couples or even solo travellers. Can’t beat this Airbnb in Primorsko!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war äußerst angenehm und PlanBTime war jederzeit gut zu erreichen und konnte dadurch schnell auf unsere Wünsche reagieren. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und ruhig und ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie und bietet fünf Pools, Fitness- und Wellnesscenter, Restaurants, Spielplätze, Zugang zu zwei Stränden uvm. Wir hatten einen gesicherten Parkplatz von den Gastgebern direkt vor dem Komplex, was uns die Parksituation enorm erleichtert hat. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und äußerst gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber haben uns klare Anweisungen für den Check-in und die Nutzung der Wohnung und Anlage zukommen lassen, großes Lob dafür. Der geräumige Balkon bot einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Sv. Ivan. Lediglich der neue Bau vor dem Balkon hat die Sicht etwas eingeschränkt, aber daran ist natürlich keiner schuld. Es ist ein super Ort für die Familie, um in Sozopol Urlaub zu machen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Vielen Dank!

Всичко беше прекрасно! Апартаментът е светъл, просторен, с всички удобства и с изглед към морето. От терасата се вижда паркинга и можете да наблюдавате автомобила си. В комплекса има всякакви развлечения за деца, а в непосредствена близост до апартамента има и хранителен магазин. Домакинът беше изключително отзивчив и гостоприемен! Бихме посетили отново!

Very nice stay. The only criticism would be that only 1,5 rolls of toilet paper were in the house as well as only 1 sheet of baking paper. Otherwise, it was great.

We had a lovely stay at LiVi’s place at the santa marina resort! First the resort’s amenities were fantastic (especially when traveling with two kids). Tons of fun things to do for us and the kids, great restaurants, great service in addition to the spa and the store that we found particularly helpful! Livis place was clean and neat and she made sure we were doing ok and we had what we need at all time. We needed a couple of extra items and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I particularly appreciated LiVi’s communication. She was helpful but not overbearing. That’s my kind of host. Great place for a couple or young family. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Kids never wanted to leave and that says it all!

We had a great three nights at Magalen's apartment. The location is fabulous and the house was clean and we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it.

A lovely place with gorgeous views from the pool. In a nice area with lots of places to eat and beaches in close proximity.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

Everything was great! Miglena is really easy going. The place is in the middle of the resort and everything was arranged perfectly - you have a pool, a private beach, a supermarket - everything. The apartment is really cozy and has everything that you might need

Svet was an amazing host. He is super responsive and responsible. We had an issue with the air conditioning units and he had them replaced within a day! I would stay at his place again. Thank you!

Die Wohnung von Georgi ist einfach ein Traum. Die Aussicht aus der Terrasse im 5. Stock ist fast 180° und viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Das endlose Meer vorne, die Berge auf der Seite. Abends fliegen die Möwen ganz nah im bronzenen Licht. In der Nacht leuchten tausend Sterne direkt über Ihnen und Sie sehen etwas, das fast nirgends mehr zu sehen ist, die Milchstrasse. Wenn Sie länger aufbleiben, rollt der Mond aus dem Meer gegenüber. Wenn Sie früher aufstehen, können Sie den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen könnten. Frisches Gemüse wird direkt aus den Gärten an der Strasse verkauft, es gibt aber auch Läden und eine gute Bäckerei sowie einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Den Strand erreichen Sie in 2 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und bei Georgi ist man wie bei einem guten Freund untergebracht. Alles in allem: ein Juwel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Es gibt alles, was Sie für einen schönen Urlaub brauchen. Wir fühlten uns fast wie zu Hause. Es war sehr cool! Das Meer ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, in der Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte (bis 24 Stunden geöffnet) Bank, Apotheken, Restaurants usw. Gastgeber Rosvitas war sehr hilfsbereit, war immer in Kontakt mit uns und hat uns jedes Mal blitzschnell geholfen, wenn wir Hilfe oder Rat brauchten (z. B. bei Problemen mit dem Internet schickte er uns noch am selben Tag einen Master, der alle Probleme behob). Rosvitas ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Wir danken ihm und seiner netten Managerin. Dass der Pool nicht funktionierte, war uns egal! Wir sind nicht wegen dem Pool nach Sozopol gefahren, sondern wegen dem Meer und ans Meer! Und auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man in Sozopol immer irgendwohin gehen,hier gibt es wirklich was "Schönes" zu sehen und zu erleben. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Honestly this studio, resort and location was perfect! A wonderful place for families with access to multiple pools and a private beach. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kalin's. It was very near to Primorsko Beach, restaurants and a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay there!
