Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Ubá

It was a great pleasure to stay on the Tania Maria site for a weekend. We came to produce an event in Viçosa and enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy in the forest area. As a large group (12 people) the house met all our needs and offered a cozy space. Large pool, nice garden and many spacious rooms. Tania also helped with the transportation/van to our group between downtown and the place so we can produce our event smoothly. We thank you very much for your help and kindness during our stay. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Very good place, ideal for large groups and exactly as described in the announcement. Easy access, close to the asphalt. Large, airy house, no mold and clean. Diego was super requested before and during the hosting, always in touch and responding to all our requests very quickly. I recommend it.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic. It is about 1.5 km from the city center. The check-in was smooth with the great receptivity of Mr. Davi, responsible for the property. The air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, microwave, stove, fridge, shower, work perfectly. There is access to "open tv" for those who like to be UNINFORMED by them, but in case of streaming, it is enough to have personal subscriptions for easy access. If available at the next Leopoldina Motorcycle Meeting - 2026 - I will return to the city. I recommend the accommodation for everyone.

Very cordial host, responded quickly, adapted our check-in time according to our needs. The environment was clean and organized. All is correct with the stay.

Sr Walter was very flexible at check-in and check-out times. The house is very good, only needs more household items (mainly board and iron) and pillows (they take up a lot of space in the luggage to take). In addition, the housekeeper and his wife are very attentive and helped in everything. The only detail of the accommodation, which does not discredit the announcement at all, is that to get to the "condo" we have to go through a road (very good by the way), but with a lot of dust, about 1km. The condominium is all footwear with cobblestones. I hope to come back every year to stay for Congress.

We had a great week with family at the sitio. Beautiful surroundings and great outdoor area for bbq and swimming just as on the pictures. Although Leopoldina can get very hot, the house was cool and fresh. The caretaker of the sitio always very friendly and helpful when needed. Communication with Eduardo has been good. Hope to come back another time!

We loved the stay. The host was very kind and attentive. The space is perfect, super quiet, we were very comfortable. It's a true retreat, it didn't even feel like we were just 20 minutes from downtown.

Everything was great! The house is good. A great farmhouse. The place is beautiful. It has drinking water from a well, a marvel! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has utensils and is good. The stove is very good. When we arrived the house was clean and fragrant. Cláudio met us at the main church in Rio Novo and took us to the house to show us the way. He was very attentive, responded quickly and is a very nice person! Leticia was also very attentive. So, we have no complaints! Everything was great. If we come back to the São João Nepomuceno Theater festival, we will definitely try to stay at the house again!

We very much like the home. Cozy house, very beautiful and quite large. Excellent space for leisure, with a large pool and a very beautiful view. The house was well equipped, clean and the service of the hosts and Mr. Antônio was great. Mr. Antônio was very attentive, helpful and friendly.

I was in Ubá/MG with my husband and our dog to attend the Lauana Prado show on 05/30. I booked this flat precisely because it accepts pets, since we had no way to leave our puppy in our city and we wanted to ensure a good accommodation for him while we were at the event. When we arrived around 4 pm, the host informed us with great politeness and empathy that the previous guest needed to extend their stay for health reasons. Even without another flat available, he promptly resolved the situation: he made a reservation for us at the Ubaense Plaza Hotel, paid the difference in the daily rate and also the extra fee for our pet. We were very well received, with comfort, breakfast, garage and total tranquility. The host was extremely polite, helpful and hospitable. I was very pleased with the attention and responsibility. When I'm in Ubá again, I'll definitely stay with him and recommend him to friends and family. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Everything was perfect, I recommend it!

Great apartment, I went with my husband and my dogs. Marcelo is very clear in his instructions. It offers a PDF indicating places for coffee, lunch, etc. The apartment has a great balcony, the air conditioning is an indispensable differential, because Uba is always very hot. The parking lot is very boring to climb, as it is a snail-style ramp, but Marcelo guided us before check-in, in any case, there are parking spaces on the street. We'll definitely be back soon!
