We love José's house, equipped with everything you need, clean, cozy house and the pool is great, he and his wife are very kind and receptive, everything was wonderful and we hope to return again!

We loved the stay, the house met all our needs. Large and full of space... My family loved the place and everything was as advertised. Nerli was very attentive and served us very well. I just thought the house would be a little closer to the beach, but you can walk there easily, close to markets and a pharmacy.

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! We will definitely return to this paradise, thank you Luis and until next time ☺️

Our stay was amazing! We started with the kindness of the hosts! Even before we arrived at the house, they had already sent all the necessary information clearly and accurately! Super nice and kind conversation! I've already rented some places, but these hosts are 1000 points! The house is very cozy, with a great location, close to the beach and with a delicious leisure area! The rooms and bathrooms are very good! It was a stay to cherish! We will definitely be back! The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Note: there was even a mime on the arrival we loved... thank you for everything!

We could walk to the beaches! Great location, all close by! Cozy space and very clean! A single point of attention is about low cars. We went with a cruze, but since the sidewalk is well tilted, the part under the car scraped to enter the garage. Since the area is quiet, you can leave the car out quietly. But, we solved this easily by putting two stones for the car wheel to pass higher and not shaving

Host Vanessa is extremely helpful... She always responded to me super fast, with politeness and respect... I highly recommend this host... We will definitely return to this place more often...

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

The accommodation is great, in a great location, in quiet and quiet streets. Communication with Adriane was very quiet, and she even offered to stay another day as we took a few days of rain... The house is great and super served for us that we were in 5, but it would fit up to 8 with the mattresses that left... I recommend to everyone who wants a place with great cost benefit in São francisco ;)

Unfortunately, my family and I were unable to make the trip at the last minute. I informed Calima on the day of check-in, just a few hours before our scheduled arrival, and explained our situation. She was incredibly understanding and responsive, and we were able to work out a solution together. While we sadly didn’t get to visit this beautiful location this time, we truly appreciate the support and care we received. We’re definitely planning to go there soon!

The property corresponds to the advertisement, offering a pleasant and very functional environment. The beach is quiet and familiar, and the neighborhood has adequate infrastructure. Tatiane was kind and proactive.

The shower is a treat, it even has a washing machine (mt good by the way) the location is perfect… it is close to the beach of ubatuba, which is beautiful and clean, you can walk to other quiet beaches!! anyway, just compliments, we love so much!! thank you Giulliano!

Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

Fábio's place served us very well. We very much like the location. Prainha is beautiful and can be reached on foot. Everything was as described and it was very nice to have Renata always answer us the questions promptly. Gratitude. Returning to São Francisco do Sul I already have a place to stay. Recommend. Simply perfect! The space is wonderful, spacious and perfectly tidy and decorated! A beautiful beach vibe a few meters from the beach! The availability of beach chairs, parasol, towels and bedding is a show by side! Márcia is impeccable as a host, my family will come back more often, no doubt! We love it!

Hosts helped us with everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it's windy enough that we hardly even used the air conditioning. The rooms are spacious, I liked it more in person than in the photos. The hosts live in the house downstairs, which made everything very easy, they helped me with everything. My family and I stayed 1 week and loved it!
