Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. Nearest beach is just 200 m away, famous Ladies' beach 400 m. Take a walk in the pine forest and further to the cliffs.

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.

Olive harvesting has been part of the our culture for a long period of time, that is why in our garden we have 42 olive trees from which we collect olives and produce olive oil.
