A spacious newly renovated basement apartment of 85m2 in a villa with plenty of room for 6 people with its own Jacuzzi and entrance at the back of the house in a very quiet villa area. Ulricehamn is truly a mecca for sports lovers. Our villa is centrally located with close proximity to most things. Light a fire and unwind, play a game of chess while the pot is simmering. In the summer, you can sit on the patio and you have a large gas grill.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

Huset är nyrenoverat i gammaldags stil, jacuzzi under tak, tillgång till promenad- och motionsrundor i skog och mark. 2 sovrum med dubbelsängar. I hall finns en ny bäddsoffa som lätt görs om till bekväm dubbelsäng. Sällskap som bor 5 nätter eller mer får fri tillgång att fiska i någon av gårdens dammar (fisken släpps tillbaka i dammarna)

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Bekvämt boende med gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Bara några hundra meter ner till sjön Åsunden, med fin liten sandstrand.
