It is situated on the edge of Galgorm village with excellent restaurants, shops, conveniences and Gracehill UNESCO world heritage site all within 5 minutes walk, centrally located for Giants Causeway and Belfast Titanic Visitor Centre. Low ceiling upstairs. 10 minute walk to Streedagh Beach. Great restaurants within minutes drive. Sligo town is situated 17 min. Great scenery, endless beaches, best waves for surfing. Cycle, horse ride, hike, picnic, dive, SUP or golf. Mountains, lakes, Rivers, Sea, Woods, Glen, Stately Homes.

The cabin is located in a beautiful scenic and secluded area surrounded by trees and wildlife close to the Bricklieve mountains and the Carrowkeel megalithic tombs. Facilities include tea and coffee, a toaster and a mini fridge. No pets. Shower and toilet. There are many walking routes in the area and also fishing close by. It is approx. 20 mins drive from Sligo town and 2.5 hrs from Dublin. There is a pub which serves food approx. 2kms from the cabin. NO SMOKING

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).
