This is a true 'beach house' right on the beach! Enjoy good old family beach holidays in this charming & cosy home! It is not perfect but the location & views are what makes this house so special. You can't get closer to the sand & sea than this. Swim,surf or snorkel in front of the house. Early morning sunrises are incredible. Look out for the whales and dophins too. Close by are well known golf courses, Padel, Pickle Ball, a gym, the Ski boat club,a Mall & fantastic restaurants.

It is within easy walking distance of the beach, the river and to some great fishing spots. A beautiful and peaceful garden, a large swimming pool. All areas have lovely sea views! This apartment is one of 70 cabanas in this well run complex. The complex is right on the beach and is secure and private for residents only. It is very quiet and peaceful and only +- 5 min drive to main beach and town. Great for families. The walk to the beach is about 2 mins through the complex and down the private walkway. Really a beautiful hidden gem.
