Welcome to Villa AliTa🤗 It is a quiet, peaceful location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We recently built the villa and started renting rooms in May 2025. The area is guarded 24 hours a day. We have 6 rooms, each with a separate entrance and a separate bathroom, and the balcony offers a view of the ocean. There is a gazebo and a summer kitchen on the premises, where you can cook food and have a barbecue. Here you can feel at home and we will take care of your comfort🌺

Panga Chumvi - Family room sea view

The large Family room at Panga Chumvi, is situated in a quiet and tranquil spot almost on the beach, ideal for families with children. You’ll love it because it is perfect for families or a group of friends - two large double beds sit in this room a few steps from the beach and the coral reef lagoon. We say 3 pax, this includes 2 adults and 2 children (ask about other rooms), but it can fit another adult for an extra small fee.
