Bra boende om man vill vara lite mer för sig själv med vänner och familj. Största nackdelen var nog tupparna hos grannen som inte gillade samma lugn och tystnad som vi.

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering at Lisa's house. The living room and pool area provided a comfortable gathering place enhanced by the beautiful landscaping and convenient location. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating and even sent photos of the baby crib and highchair in advance to reassure us that our 9 month old grandchild would be comfortable. She helped us plan our day trip to Lisbon, provided a chef, and a wonderful babysitter for our last night dinner out. She was super responsive and friendly and made the whole experience easy. The house is very tastefully furnished and the layout is well designed. Having the heated pool was a special treat. The manual for the house was such a helpful resource with links to recommended sites. We appreciated the effort taken to communicate all the information about the house and area in such an organized way. Thank you Lisa and Peter for a wonderful stay at your lovely Comporta home.

Het is een mooi verblijf zoals op de foto’s te zien. In de ruime woning heb je genoeg plek om terug te trekken of juist met elkaar te zijn. We hebben erg genoten van de verkoeling in het zwembad, de kamers zijn ook voorzien van airco. Een leuke plek om met een groep naar toe te gaan. Houdt er wel rekening mee dat wanneer je iets wilt doen je met de taxi naar het centrum moet gaan. Maar is prima te doen a 30-45 min met de taxi.

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

Perfect location for a two week stay. Quiet, safe, and peaceful property. 5 min walk to a grocery store and 40 min walk to a beautiful beach. Close to Lisbon via Bolt or Uber. Full kitchen to cook meals, dishwasher, laundry, stocked bathroom amenities. Felt right at home. Ricardo was friendly and responsive. He went above and beyond helping us during the power outage week and even came to check on us. Excellent communication and responsive when we needed help. All amenities were present enough for at least a few days. Bring or plan to buy more if staying for longer. It was our first time in Portugal and we really enjoyed our stay!

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

We had a great stay. Within walking distance there are great restaurants and the beach is walkable but also only a few minute drive! The place was exactly as described and super cozy. The town was also very peaceful and was generally very quiet (still off season).

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het huis van Dinis. Zeer prettig ontvangst en uistekende communciatie. De ligging van het huis is erg bijzonder met fantastisch uitzicht. We zijn 4 nachten verbleven en hebben genoten van alles wat de omgeving te bieden heeft. We hebben fantastische hikes gemaakt vanuit het huis naar Cabo de Roca. Wel een uitdagende hike met vele hoogtemeters met mooie uitzichten en stranden, zoals Praia da Ursa. Ook een hike naar het noorden naar het strand Paria do Gribeto. Ook een fantastisch strand waar je je even alleen op de wereld voelt. De afdaling naar het strand is wel écht een uitdaging. Heerlijk gegeten bij het restaurant Azenhas do Mar - Piscinas op nog geen 400 meter van het huis. Daarnaast lekkere verse vis gehaald bij de lokale markt en die heerlijk gegrild op de BBQ. Kortom, we hebben mega genoten van de rust, ruimte en alle uitzichten.

Antonio made us very welcome to the beautiful flat and superb balcony. he left us cakes and biscuits and some fruit as well and updating us with local places to eat and local cultural events. will be back again, the flat is ideally placed for access to the beaches, and a 20 euro Uber to central Lisbon. everything was clean and comfortable for us. highly recommended!

I have stayed at many Airbnb's and Marcos was one of the best hosts that I have experienced! Great communication and more! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need! It is located close to the beach and markets close by to get whatever you may need. There is a restaurant across the street that has good food and service. I would definitely stay here again!

El piso de Jaques está tal cual las fotos, todo es nuevo y no te falta nada… jaques ha dejado unos regalitos y lo vimos en nuestra entrada, a parte de que no te falta nada. Ha dejado sal, aceite, azúcar, itens básicos que, muchas veces, en otros pisos no te dejan nada! El piso estaba super limpio, la cama es muy cómoda, la ubicación es muy tranquila… para los que queréis descansar, es el piso correcto. Para ir a Lisboa, hemos ido en coche y aparcamos por allí, así que no podemos opinar sobre el ferry o autobús que lleva a Lisboa… nos ha gustado mucho, esperamos repetir! :)

Duarte was a communicative, responsive and helpful host - we really appreciated this as there's only so much you can research online. The location of Casa da Encosta is magical, the fact you can't park outside makes it all the more special with no immediate road noise. The small terraced garden which surrounds the house is totally charming, offering plenty of little places to separate yourself from others should you wish and read a book or enjoy the view. Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and the renovation executed thoughtfully. The feeling of being inside a jewelled box comes to mind. Yet it feels like someone's home and you feel welcome in it. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a remarkable region of Portugal. Thank you.

Local extremamente calmo e muito bonito, longe da confusão do dia a dia, prefeito para relaxar e estar em contacto com a natureza, ouvimos ao longe o burro, as galinhas, os passarinhos, temos as cabras ao final da tarde, é um pôr de sol muito bonito, a aldeia é simpática. O espaço corresponde às expectativas, espero voltar!

Nous avons séjourné à 10 le temps d'un week-end à Lisbonne. Nous avons opté pour la villa Aroeira pour la qualité des prestations annoncées. Nous avons été agréablement surpris car elle est encore plus belle et plus grande qu'en images. Nous y avons passé un séjour mémorable. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain ☺️ Merci à nos hôtes, ils vraiment été aux petits soins c'était très agréable et sécurisant. Je vous conseille cette villa, croyez-moi vous ne serez pas déçus 👌🏾

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. Jerusas property is stunning. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, had everything you could need in a holiday home. Host is very clear with communication and so helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Guests should make sure to have a car as although by car you can reach many locations within 3-5 minutes, by walking it could be a little more difficult. Overall experience was fantastic and very relaxing.

Wir hatten bei AirBnB noch nicht oft ein so gepflegtes, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Haus gemietet! Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und großzügig und es ist mehr als die nötige Ausstattung vorhanden - Strandtücher, Bademäntel, Vorräte zur Benutzung in der Küche etc. Das Haus liegt zwar nicht ganz so idyllisch in einem etwas abgelegenen Neubaugebiet (was für uns aus dem Inserat jedoch bekannt war), dafür aber sehr praktisch für Ausflüge nach Lissabon oder ans Meer. Ein Auto ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Danke für den großartigen Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sintra is a magical destination. So many people make it a day trip from Lisbon and, in so doing, miss out on the heart of this community. We were thrilled that Hugo and Laura provided this opportunity for us to more fully explore this amazing place. Their Casa das Rosas is exactly as described, very compact and usable. It takes a little getting used to the arrangement of floors with bedroom and shower on the top floor and bathroom and kitchen two floors below, but it works. Laura and Hugo are most gracious hosts and we received very clear instruction regarding parking, entry, use of space and departure. The welcome gifts were much appreciated as well. Great shower! Well equipped kitchen. We would recommend this place to anyone who is OK with climbing stairs.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Ursula est une hôte au top : chaleureuse, disponible et très attentionnée. La maison est extrêmement confortable, bien équipée et parfaitement propre, rien à redire. La localisation est également idéale, à proximité de tout ce qu’il faut tout en restant calme et agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Isabel was the best host I’ve ever had. She was always responsive and her advance details about the property and surroundings helped us plan. The property itself is breathtaking. This is a magical place. We loved every minute of our stay. Isabel made it so special with caring details like a welcome bottle of wine, plenty of coffee, many details about the town, plenty of assistance for checking in and a wonderful housekeeper. We will definitely return. What an amazing experience!
