Carlos's place is right inside the walls of Obidos which makes it easy to get every where with ease. very unique place with the back wall being the wall of the outside castle wall makes it so cool. if your looking for a new build this isn't the place, it's more the experience. Very roomy and everything we needed. Carlos's would stop every morning with pastry and bread, such a nice touch. if you have mobility issues the this is not the place, but we were able to take our suitcases up the stairs and walk with no issues. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful stay.

Um lugar incrível, super simpáticos! Pet friendly (adorámos a gata). Apesar de não termos usufruído da piscina e jacuzzi por ter estado mau tempo, ficou na nossa lista de locais a revisitar!

Umbelina y su marido son encantadores, y unos anfitriones fantásticos. El sitio es ideal para una familia de tres miembros y muy bien localizado para hacer rutas turísticas. El entorno es muy bonito y la casa muy cómoda y limpia. Sin duda repetiremos

Vi hade en fantastisk tid här! Så underbar miljö och fridfullt. Alla bekvämligheter vi kunde tänka oss. Precis vad vi sökte när vi för 10 dagar skulle bo i närheten av Coimbra för att en av oss skulle jobba där och resten av familjen ha det bra. Vi åkte runt och upptäckte omgivningen och fann både bra restaurang och butiker en kort bilresa bort. Vi badade i den biologiska poolen och hade också roligt med grodyngel, ödlor och annat man kunde se. Floden nära till hands var också ett härligt ställe att vara vid. Vi plockade grapefrukter från träden och ägg från hönsen. Helena var en fantastisk värd och tänkte på oss direkt när det var strömavbrott i hela Portugal. Vi kände oss trygga och omhändertagna. En av sängarna är väldigt hård men det gick att lösa ok med lite dynor. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

lovely, quiet country get-away. We stayed in March, but especially summer would be great for the wonderful swimming pool/area. The fresh, warm rolls for breakfast were fantastic, cold cuts, cheese, juice, milk, trade, instant coffee and lots of fresh fruit provided are a nice touch! the kitchen is basic, but sufficient. wifi is an older version but worked most of the time. the shower water is nice and hot. We checked in early evening and had some needs; the host responded very friendly and quickly. Enjoy your stay!

I thought resorts like this only existed in movies. A beautiful community with amazing landscape and architecture. The Airbnb had all of the amenities that w were described online + we had everything we needed.

Uma casa excelente, num sítio ermo mas cheio de encantos! Uma ribeira perto de casa onde os cães se podem molhar, uma barragem na herdade, pão maravilhoso, pessoas prestáveis e simpáticas que facilitaram tudo…. Um sítio a voltar!! Viajamos com dois cães de grande porte que foram aceites sem vacilar, fomos mimados e passamos uns dias memoráveis. Sobre a casa… linda! Rústica, bem enquadrada, confortável, limpa, bem equipada. Uma verdadeira pérola a descobrir. Obrigada Patricia e restantes colegas…. Bem hajam!

Liebe Niki, liebe Eva, die Zeit bei euch war wundervoll! Ihr seid so herzlich und freundlich, es war sehr schön die Zeit bei euch zu verbringen. Eure Tipps waren super und das Essen so lecker. Die Umgebung ist herrlich, hätte mir keinen bessern Ort vorstellen können für meine Reise =)

Great place to stay with a pool and jacuzzi. Very peaceful with a good view. Staff is really helpful and friendly, and I had not noticed breakfast was included, that was a really pleasant surprise.

Die Wohnung (ein Gästehaus) liegt auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen von Sofias Mutter. Es ist etwas ausserhalb von Tomar und ehrlicherweise sehr auf dem Land. Aber mit navi ist es gut zu finden. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön, mit vielen Obstbäumen. Checkin war sehr einfach, weil uns Manuela (Sofias Mutter) herumgeführt hat. Sie selbst wohnt gegenüber. Die Wohnung selbst ist grosszügig geschnitten und hat unten zwei Betten mit Duschbad und oben ein Doppelbett mit Duschbad. Die Wohnung ist gut klimatisiert, hätte aber auch Klimaanlagen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren wirklich prima und ein Highlight - sie waren mit Abstand die besten unserer bisherigen Portugal-Aufenthalte. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, eine Dolce Gusto Maschine und im Haupthaus Billard und ein Lesezimmer. Die Kinder haben sich auch sehr über den Pool gefreut. We loved staying at Romeo’s place! He was helpful and welcoming. The apartment has a beautiful view of the river and is close to downtown. The snacks and drinks left for us were much appreciated!

El apartamento estaba impecable y totalmente equipado, ¡no le faltaba ningún detalle! Uno de los alojamientos más limpios en los que he estado nunca. Además, Lucía nos dejo variedad de fruta, zumo, leche, etc. para el desayuno. Ha sido un verdadero lujo alojarnos en su apartamento. ¡Muchas gracias! ¡¡¡Volveremos!!!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nel b&b di Lurdes, che si trova in ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni ma anche Tomar e Nazare. La stanza è comoda e spaziosa con un bagno privato molto ampio e doccia più che comoda Tutto molto pulito. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Lurdes è una persona veramente molto gentile e gradevole. È stato un piacere conoscerla ed anche gustare la buona colazione che prepara personalmente. Dal dolce al salato non manca nulla. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Insane airbnb. We stayed in June and it was just us and one other couple. Practically like the whole castle is yours Definitely a one of a kind stay that made exploring Obidos a real visit to the medieval times. Id skip the basic hotels and stay here The only cons are that if youre driving you gotta lug your bags to the tower but i mean its a medieval town thats to be expected. But stretch & get ready to hike a little in the 6-10 min walk to the airbnb. Its worth it. Definitely go into the library, turn on the lanps and play some music for full effect. Enjoy!

A Quinta da Fonte Riba é o local ideal para uma estadia tranquila no meio da natureza. O quarto estava em ótimas condições, a área da piscina é muito agradável e a quinta em si parece uma pequena aldeia. Para além de tudo isto, o Fabrice e a Marie são excelentes anfitriões, muito atenciosos e disponíveis. Adorámos o pequeno almoço preparado pelos mesmos!

Do not hesitate to book a stay at Jonah and Sonia's bed and breakfast. First, the breakfast is excellent and generous. Second, the room itself and all the amenities are top-notch, comfortable, stylish, and cozy. The location was also great and close to the city center. Granted, there is a lot of elevation change going to and from and city center, but that's a very small price to pay for staying in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Coimbra, which is, of course, built on a hill. Jonah and Sonia were also very gracious hosts, offering to give us recommendations and checking in to see that we were comfortable. Such a far better experience than staying in a hotel or traditional Airbnb. Also, can confirm there is ample street parking nearby.

Artti & Isabella go above and beyond to make you feel at home and welcome. Their love for the place, Portugal and people shows and it really is a super nice house to spend some chillaxed or active days at. Breakfast and dinners are amazing!! So make sure to attend some while you are there ;) Highly recommend!

Carolyn felt like an old friend upon meeting her. The home was lovely with beautiful countryside, and her cooking was divine. John, the husband, and Henry, the dog, were both very sweet. I will definitely return if at all possible.

I really recommend Antonio’s place, he and his Mum are excellent hosts, their place is very close to the Sanctuary. We are very thankful for the hospitality

Graças à hospitalidade de Isabel, Carlos, Kevin e David você se sentirá em casa. A casa é totalmente pet-friendly e possui um enorme jardim onde seus animais de estimação podem se divertir e brincar. Além disso, a casa tem uma localização perfeita para se deslocar por toda a zona (Lisboa a 40 minutos, Peniche a 20 minutos, Óbidos a 20 minutos...) Obrigada por nos fazer desfrutar de uma ótima estadia, voltaremos em breve!
