Absolutely stunning home and location, honestly the pictures don't even do it justice. We loved how close the home is to Cruz Bay but still felt extremely private and like you're in your own (beautiful) world. The pool is perfect and they have tons of pool toys and floaties for use. Really just tons of items available for use in general: the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you may want to do (plenty of cooler packs and plastic containers for taking to the beach too!), the garage is filled with just about anything you might want for a beach trip (including a swimmy for little kids and snorkeling gear). The house itself is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the bathroom felt lux. Somehow there was not a speck of sand inside and the whole place felt serene. For reference, we were two adults and one almost-six-year-old and I couldn't have dreamed up a better situation. Highly recommend. My daughter didn't want to leave - what higher recc could you ask for?

If I could give Kandee's place 10 stars, I would. The photos don't do this place justice. When you open the front door the view is breath taking. Kandee has thought of everything to make your stay so easy. So many beach and pool toys and all the kitchen appliances and cooking spices etc you need. She was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the lock on the bedroom building and fixed the issue right away. This place is split in to 3 levels, upstairs is living, a separate buidling down a level has bedrooms, then the pool is on the level below. All with amazing views. We watched the sunrise over the bay every morning from the bed, incredible. The photos don't do this place justice. Go ahead and book right away. And don't forget your 4 wheel drive for the drive up to the property and around the island in general.

We only write reviews when we are truly blown away. Windchime Villa is tucked away. Peaceful, charming and special. It was the perfect home base for our family including two teenage girls and my mom - all who need their own space. The house is beautifully designed to take advantage of the views and the breeze. By jeep, you can be at any of the North Shore beaches, Coral Bay or Cruz Bay in 20 minutes. And, Brooke and her boutique property management team gave great recommends and provisioned the house for us on Father's Day no less! We hope to come back again and again.

Nora & Bruce were absolutely exceptional host and hostess. Even before we got there she was always so responsive . Bruce checked us in and made us feel right at home from the start. His hospitality went above and beyond any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. He even dropped us off at the beaches while we were there and showed us around the island. Place was very clean, with beautiful views and excellent walkable location to Cruz Bay with all the restaurants, shopping and bars close by. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on the island. You will not be disappointed and truly have a wonderful experience and time!!

Meghan’s place was perfect! Beautiful house in a perfect location from everything on the island, everything is about 20 minutes or less. Meghan and her concierge also provided great recommendations for everything we needed such as chefs, excursions, drivers, and restaurants, which were also all really great! Highly recommend, would be back!

To say that Thomas and Holly were lovely hosts is a massive understatement. In our opinion they went above and beyond to help in any way possible and to make us feel welcome. They went so far as to meet us at the ferry dock (with their 4 month old baby) and have us follow them to the villa. That alone was impeccable service! We would stay at their villa again in a heartbeat if/when we ever go back to Tortola. Honestly just can’t say enough good things about them and this amazing vacation! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

The pace was ideal for privacy and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Which is essentially a private beach. The beach was amazing. There are literally maybe 6 houses that can walk there. We saw four people total in seven days. The property comes with a concierge service that I think is essential for navigating the island and getting things set up. Sam was responsive and everything was first class. Driving in Tortola can be a bit of an adventure, but you get the hang of it after a few drives.

This is the greatest place we’ve ever stayed. It had a breathtaking view, was well appointed, quiet, peaceful, and tranquil. Memory Daze is a dream and we will be coming back. The hosts were supper communicative and helpful and the house had everything we needed to have a great vacation. I literally teared up when we were about to leave because it was such a happy place for my wife and I. If you are reading this and contemplating a vacation here in St. John, do it! Book this place now. You won’t regret it.

House is very nice , spacious , in a good location , has everything you need for a great week and the views are amazing ! Our family of 4 adults 2 teens and 7yo had a great time !

The view is amazing, plenty of room and very spacious. AWD is a must for the driveway, pool are is very nice. No complaints at all. We loved our week here !!!!

Kyle’s home is amazing! It’s so private and quiet with incredible views of untouched hills and Caribbean Sea in the distance. Plenty of outdoor seating for sipping cocktails! The pool was great after days at the beach or out exploring. Huge flatscreen for movie nights! Kyle was super kind and offered a ton of recommendations for the area. The road up is a bit bumpy, just like most roads on the island. It’s a ton of fun to drive on - the kids loved it. 10/10 will stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pressure Drop Villa (PDV). The view is amazing and the location , though private, is close enough to beaches, groceries and restaurants. In addition, the kitchen is well stocked and supplies for the beach are provided. We used the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels almost daily (had a rainy day). It is a short drive to many fantastic beaches. From PDV Salt Pond, Francis Bay, Maho Bay, and Skinny Legs (restaurant) are all a fairly short drive. Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay beaches are a bit further. It was easier for us to park at Cinnamon Bay and take a Taxi to Trunk Bay. We also went into Cruz Bay to La Tapa for a fantastic dinner one evening. To end the evening we would unwind on the deck . It’s really nice to sit on the deck and relax and soak up the sights and sounds of Coral Bay. Jean was always available to answer our questions and give us guidance when needed. We would stay here again.

Emma’s via is fantastic - beautiful views, amenities, and privacy. Our extended family visited and the pod-style setup worked perfectly to provide ample space. As for the location, we love Coral Bay’s balance of natural beauty, leisurely pace, and east / north end access. Some of the easiest, most efficient check in / out procedures I’ve encountered - very impressed. As mentioned in other reviews, make sure you’re comfortable on steep, narrow roads and have a suitable rental for the terrain. Amazing place - excited to get back!

There's not much to add as a review of Nick's wonderful home that hasn't been said already. We just spent 10 days there for the third year in a row, and this is our third review. Because of the 4 king bed rooms (two on each side of the center living area), his place can certainly accommodate four couples with plenty of privacy (our trips have been just my wife and myself), each bedroom and a number of outdoor dining and relaxing spots all having world class views of the Carribean from about 200 feet above the sea. Being right above a nice beach provides a constant sound of waves hitting the beach that adds to the ambience of the villa. The villa is well equipped (we cooked every meal there), clean and comfortable. Has WiFi and TV's for those who need or want Internet access and entetainment. Nick (the owner) and Jon and Jude (the on island management team) are terrific people and very accommodating. We hope to be back again to our personal favorite vacation spot on the planet.

True Story was by far the best place we have stayed at on St John. It was like a mini resort with a centralized living area that contained the perfect living room dinning room laundry room kitchenette and kitchen fully equipped for all of our needs. It was nice to have it separated from the living room so that noise could not be heard by the early risers or late nighters hanging out. The bedrooms were in 2 separate buildings off the main living area. All 3 bedrooms were fully equipped and comfortable. The bedroom off the pool had the most amazing outdoor shower! Beds were comfortable and the double sinks were perfect for couples getting ready together. The porch/pool were so large with comfortable sitting areas and the views were like a dream! We had iguana visitors in the trees next to the pool that added a little more st john magic to our trip. The hosts were SO responsive and accommodating to any questions/needs we had. I'd give this place 11 out of 10 stars. Absolutely perfect 👌

This place was amazing. The property was very well maintained and clean. Everything worked and it had everything we needed. The location is close to hiking, beaches, grocery and food. Kim was a great host we will be back for sure.

The waves was close to ferry, car rental, town. Hosts were great really enjoyed the pool at night after a busy day of horseback riding and beaches. Really great beaches were less than 10 minutes away. Only down side for me was the property was right on the ocean but the ocean in front of the property was too rough to swim in so we had to travel a bit away for really nice beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the house is incredible, and the amenities provided basically every possible need. We enjoyed the provided beach chair, beach shade, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler with ice packs, provided snacks, and more! The kitchen had pretty much any appliance and gadget you could need or want, plus Tupperware for prepping beach snacks and lunch. The location was great just up the hill from groceries and restaurants and a short drive from the national park and beaches. The pool area and view from it were terrific. It has to be one of the better sunset watching spots in the island. When we come back to St. John we would easily consider staying here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Lovely location just steps across the road to a beach, with adjoining restaurant. Perfectly manicured grounds and accommodations.

I’ve had staying in many airbnbs before, and Stacie’s place has been one of the best I’ve stayed at. It had everything we needed and wanted plus more. Don’t even think twice to book this place! It’s beautiful. Also bathrooms were recently remodeled and they’re both beautiful. I will say that this home is not for children under or the elderly.

So beautiful we did not want to leave. Great pool, porch, and hammock. Played pickekball and had massages under the gazebo. we were loving life.
