Features: queen bed with Ritz-Carlton featherbed, washer/dryer, stove/oven, mini-fridge, Keurig coffeemaker, microwave, flat-screen TV, fast wi-fi (up to 1 gig), dining table, small desk, bistro table outside with views overlooking the hotel pool and Oakland and partial views of the San Francisco. One dedicated parking space for 1 car (no RVs etc.).

Cozy Elmwood Studio near UC Berkeley

Our Cozy Elmwood Studio is like a tiny hotel room with all the comforts of home. This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. This is included in your fees.**

Yoko's Private, Light-Filled Garden Studio

Be our guests in our comfy, sun-filled studio guest house in Berkeley. Our studio is small but mighty, with all of the amenities you'll need on your trip. We have a brand new queen bed, a loveseat sitting area, a table and chairs for getting work done, a full kitchen and bathroom, plenty of natural light, and an outdoor sitting area on a deck. You'll also have a private entrance, and because we use electronic code locks, you won't need to pick up any keys. And, there is an on-site parking!

This spacious, bright bedroom with a private attached bathroom is situated at the back of the house and opens onto a shared garden. Sleep on a king memory foam mattress and enjoy the natural light that pours through the skylight. This centrally located home is: * 3 min walk to coffee, cafes and shops * 8 min walk to UC Berkeley * 18 min walk to downtown Berkeley BART * 20 min walk to the Greek Theatre No car is needed to get around but off-street parking is available with advance notice.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. North Berkeley Chic

The residence is a classic 1927 North Berkeley Bungalow lovingly remodeled from the foundation up leaving only the original exterior painted redwood boards while upgrading the entire interior and the Exterior ONLY will be monitored by four motion activated floodlight cameras (front, back, side and garage back door on the patio). Absolutely NO cameras indoors!!!
