Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Lovely studio with free parking space

Neat and comfy Studio can sleep up to 2 people. It’s Smoking Free, Pets Free and in very clean conditions, but you can smoke outside the Studio. You have your own en-suite, kitchen and access, NO need to share anything with anyone, totally privacy. It’s very close to the Uni, just cross the road, lovely neighbourhood, 10 minutes bus to Oracle centre. Common sense, communications and politeness are all I ask for.parking is complimentary if space is available.
