距离CJ ENM很近 方便看预录 地段位置也不错 而且安静卫生

I had a really nice stay here! Everything was clean and smelled nice, there were lots of extra amenities as well. The place was very cute and perfect for me! I would recommend booking ^^

깨끗하고 쾌적한 실내에 예쁜 디피. 통창 너머 낮밤 호수공원 경치가 눈을 아주 호강시켜줍니다. 마트와 공원 그리고 식당등이 인접해 있어서 지내기 너무 편했습니다. 친절한 응대는 덤이었구요. 기분좋게 지내다 갑니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하려구요 감사합니다

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

시험때문에 예약했는데 시험장과 도보 5분거리였고 웨돔바로옆건물이라 여러모로 편했습니다. 숙소는 많이 낡긴했지만 소음 하나없이 조용했고 무엇보다 뷰가 정말 좋아서 놀랐어요. 방도 넓어서 답답하지않았어요. 잘 묵었다 갑니다.

깔끔하고 잘 꾸며져있고 위치도 편리해서 이동하는데 불편함이 없었어요. 호스트님도 친절하시고 빠르게 응답해주셔서 한달동안 잘 쉬다 갑니다!

응답이 정말 친절하고 빠르십니다. 체크인 방법과 숙소 내부, 외부 편의시설에 대한 설명을 한번에 상세하게 제공해주셔서 따로 더 문의드릴 필요 없이 즉시 편하게 숙소를 이용할 수 있었습니다. 숙소 내부 상태도 사진과 같이 아주 깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. 향기도 좋습니다. 너무 잘 이용하고 갑니다.

The building is old but the room itself looks newly renovated. It’s clean and has everything we needed. It’s right by Gaehwasan subway station which is one station away from Gimpo Airport station. There is also an airport bus station just 3 minutes away which is really convenient. There are restaurants and cafés on the ground floor of the building, as well as convenience stores and a local mart nearby. Jiwon and her husband were really accommodating which is a plus. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again.

주택가라서 조용하고 편안한 분위기였어요. 킨텍스 출장이라 예약했는데, 걸어다닐 수 있는 정도의 거리에 앞쪽 호수공원에 러닝하러 다니기도 좋았습니다. 출장 숙소로 잡았는데 집에서 다니는 것 같은 기분이 들어 일상생활을 유지할 수 있었어요

There is a market within a five-minute walk, which has a wide variety of Korean food. There are pickled seafood, fried rice cakes, fish cakes, and everything else. You can take bus No.9 to Hongik University. There is a subway No. 2 there, which is very convenient. Because I had a schedule on the first day of my stay, I asked Hyelyn if I could put my luggage in advance. They kindly agreed and let me put on makeup. Thank you very much, I really like this balcony. It's very comfortable to sit outside and drink. My friends and I had a great trip to Seoul, highly recommended。

S.Young was very responsive and work hard to accommodate our request for early check-in and work with the management office to sort out our free parking. Everything you've ever needed in a home is there. It feels like home away from home. It'll be good if we had a dryer in addition to the washing machine provided but the laundromat is just across the road. Location is convenient with a 24/7 convenient store just on the ground floor. There are restaurants within walking distance.

위치가 완벽해요! 박람회 때 가서 엄마랑 구경 실컷했어요👍 바로 앞이라 걸어서 이동했고 차 이동하지 않고 식당도 걸어서 갔어요! 근처에 식당 카페 있고 바로 앞이 공원이다보니 이동하는게 너무 편안했네요! 나중에 또 지내고 싶어요😀👍

Our airbnb host JM house has been the best host till now. Not only did he help me with finding our airbnb and other stuffs related to the Airbnb, he helped us with early luggage delivery and storage. He was very helpful and had quick response which helped us a lot. He did bring help in a short notices. He was so flexible with our check out time which gave us extra time to relax. The apartment was the most beautiful and comfortable place I have stayed. The views are amazing and the apartment is close to shopping centre, stations and 1 minute walk to bus station. It was so convenient for us. Would definitely recommend it Thank you so much for all the help and making our stay very special.

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. We highly recommend coming to stay with Yuna’s property whenever you decide to stay in Gangnam. Thomas n family of 6

住宿位置很方便，樓下就有便利店，Olive Young，藥局，還在地鐵上蓋機場可以搭地鐵直達。 屋主James在知道我坐紅眼機到達韓國後還給我提早入住，回覆訊息也很快，房間很大設備齊全，十分推薦。

2달 넘게 회사 출장숙소로 이용했습니다. 거래처와 가까운 곳에 위치하여 편리하게 이용할수 있었습니다. 집 내부가 깨끗하며, 내집처럼 사용가능한 공간이어서 너무 만족합니다. 다음 출장을 위해 또 예약합니다. ^^;

대가족 서울여행으로 정한 숙소인데 호스트님 친절하시고 숙고 컨디션이 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 주차 편리하고 주변환경 조용하고 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.
