This wonderful modern apartment is situated on the union canal and right next to Linlithgow golf course. Less than 15 minute walk to both Linlithgow Palace and train station via a stunning canal stroll. Public swimming pool only 5 minute walk away. Golf course 2 minutes away. There is an open plan living space with a sitting area and double sofa bed, Smart TV, kitchen and dining table for four. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom with full modern bath and shower area. Parking is on a private driveway with ample space for multiple cars. Great central base.

Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre.
