Family-friendly holiday rentals in Upper Merion Township

This location is as advertised and we had a great stay. Very convenient location with loads to do / eat. Similar to another guest's review, we are not able to enjoy the beautiful bathtub (not even to just soak our tired feet after a full day of walking) as water pressure is weak/ very slow. Other than this one minor issue, the unit is great with good amenities and would love to stay again. Never once did I have to Uber - everything is done via public transport with very convenient options.

Mr. Bill made accommodations when the Airbnb I had originally planned for fell through. He made the transition quick and even made sure my weekend was blocked off at the new Airbnb and not compromising our plans. Forever grateful for the last minute switch

This is our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back for a third and hopefully fourth time! John’s place is peaceful and the amenities make it feel like a true vacation. John is super responsive if you need anything.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeneene's home. Jeneene was exceptionally communicative, responsive and thoughtful, including leaving a sweet congratulatory note to our daughter (who was graduating), providing local recommendations specific to our needs, and allowing us late check out. Our family had a truly wonderful stay at the farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the home felt warm, spotless, and inviting. The scent of freshly picked flowers filled the air, complemented by thoughtful bath and body products that made the entire house smell like a spa retreat. We spent cozy evenings by the indoor fire, made new friends among the farm animals, and fell asleep to the soothing sounds of the countryside — an absolute dream. Bess and her family were the most gracious hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even took the time to give us a personal farm tour and surprised us with delicious homemade pizza and pies! This was a magical escape from city life, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Great place, with plenty of space for our family of four. The apartment is centrally located and in easy walking distance to so much allowing for us to maximize what we could do during our stay.

We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

Louita and her dad were the kindest people to my family. We take our annual trips to Lancaster area and we literally landed in PARADISE! The backyard is huge, we got to play so many games back here and my dog loved running around. The amenities were all here and provided. We had space for 2 cars and my family was so happy. My whole family loved the fireplace and we made s’mores. We got to enjoy some fresh strawberries, blueberries, milk, and eggs that Louita’s dad provided and we were so blessed and honored to have amazing hosts. Couldn’t be more happy with our stay, and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed being outdoors on the deck and walking the shoreline. The interior accommodations were very comfortable and met all our needs and expectations. The weather was perfect, too! Would definitely like to return again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I took my mother to the Philly/Jersey area as a Mother's Day gift and was lucky enough to find Dennis's BnB. From beginning to end Dennis made it an easy and enjoyable experience. His communication was always quick, professional, and polite. The home was cozy, clean, and in a very nice neighborhood. As I am a big Philly sports fan I usually find myself in the area every couple years and plan to continue to seek out Dennis's BnB as long as it is still available!

One of the best shower heads I have ever had the pleasure to use. Took a ton of will power to not stay in the shower the whole stay. It appears that Ruthie and her family live in the house when guests are not staying. That did not bother me and my guest, but something to note. Really close to a Casino if that is what you are looking for. Less than a 5 min walk.

My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend in this beautiful home. It was very spacious and very clean. It had every amenity you could possibly want. It had a beautiful family room area and plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The pool was absolutely beautiful, but too cold for us to use at this time. The yard was completely fenced and very private. We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We hope to stay again soon!

Caryle’s place was in a very peaceful neighborhood, very private and relaxing. The kitchen had what we needed and the living room was a great place to sit and read. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

We had a very peaceful stay on Julia’s beautiful property. We were able to check in early, which was very helpful to us. Julia was very responsive when I messaged her which we appreciated. The Little House had everything we needed and would highly recommend!

A Perfect Weekend Getaway! We had such a memorable stay at this alpaca farm! From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel right at home — they were so kind and genuinely conversational, which set a warm tone for the whole visit. The alpacas were definitely a highlight — such a unique and charming experience, especially for my daughter who absolutely adored them. It’s not every day you get to hang out with alpacas in such a relaxed and welcoming setting! The pool, hands down, was our favorite part — clean, refreshing, and perfect for unwinding. The ambiance throughout the property was peaceful and serene, exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in the carriage house, which was spotless and beautifully maintained — cozy, quiet, and perfect for our little family. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little different, relaxing, and full of charm. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at the Malvern Ave and Nora and the team were fantastic hosts. The amenities at the club house are fantastic. We loved it so much we have rebooked to stay in September.
