Apartment holiday rentals in Upper Toumba, Thessaloniki

Great apartment above the roofs of Thessaloniki. Everything was as described and we enjoyed the week very much and especially used the spacious roof terrace a lot. The host was very friendly and helpful (e.g. good restaurant tips) and always responded very quickly. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was comfortable, and spotless. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony. What really stood out to us , was the host. They were incredibly helpful and proactive, sending clear and thoughtful messages and making sure we knew they were available at any time if we needed anything. It made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. We can’t wait to come back again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay!

Loved everything about it! Modern cosy perfect loft that has a stunning terrace, we enjoyed the sun on, every day! The neighbourhood is lovely and there is a church right across the street so we enjoyed our Orthodox Easter holiday in the best possible way! The host was responsive and helpful and nice, I really enjoyed everything about this entire stay. We even found free parking right in front of the building so it was supereasy to get in with all the bags. Definitely coming back here again! ❤️❤️❤️

Soggiorno fantastico! La casa era accogliente e pulita, un vero paradiso in cui rilassarsi. La posizione era perfetta per esplorare la città e scoprire tutti i suoi segreti. Il servizio era impeccabile e l'ospitalità era al top. Non posso che consigliare vivamente questo soggiorno a tutti! Tornerò sicuramente!

Ευρύχωρο,καθαρό και σε φοβερή τοποθεσία.Στη γειτονιά,κυριολεκτικά στη «διπλανή πόρτα»,είχε από σούπερ μάρκετ και καφέ μέχρι μπέργκερ και γλυκό. Φτάνεις στην παραλία και στο κέντρο πολύ εύκολα(ακόμη και με καρότσι όπως εμείς)!Όλα ήταν ωραία και εύκολα!Ευχαριστούμε!

Βρήκαμε πολύ εύκολα την τοποθεσία. Η Βασιλική ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, καθώς μας ετοίμασε το σπίτι και μπήκαμε νωρίτερα από τη συμφωνημένη ώρα επειδή φτάσαμε νωρίτερα. Το σπίτι πολύ όμορφο, άνετο και περιποιημένο. Μείναμε 8 ημέρες και νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στη Θεσσαλονική! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Great spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood! We would definitely stay there again!

Overall, everything was great and we had an amazing time! The view of the sea from the window was absolutely stunning, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. We needed some help figuring out how to use the stove, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

we were a big group of friends and the apartment didn't feel cramped at any point. host was extremely helpful whenever we needed and assisted with late check out which made our last day in thessaloniki 10 times better. can't wait to go back!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Konumu çok iyiydi, yürüyerek Selanik merkezi gezmek için çok ideal. Ücretli otoparka yakın. Genel olarak konut yeterliydi. Tavsiye ederim, tekrar gelirsem yine burada kalabilirim

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

Çok temiz bir ev ancak biraz küçük bizim ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Kapalı otoparkı olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Arabamızı otoparktan hiç çıkartmadan 15-20 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile sahile gidebildik. Güzergah üzerinde bir sürü mekan var. Ev sahibi herşeyi net ve doğru anlatarak bize çok yardımcı oldu. Tavsiye ederim.

Our stay was wonderful! My parents, me and my boyfriend stayed at Tomas&Cristina’s Airbnb for the weekend in Thessaloniki and the apartment was a delight :) It was super clean, stylish and had absolutely everything we needed to feel at home. A true home away from home! My communication with the host was also timely and on point, I had 0 frustrations with my stay there and definitely recommend it.

I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Ev metro duragına cok yakın.Arabayı bir sokak arkadaki anlaşmalı oldukları otoparka koyduk ve merkeze giderken hep metro kullandık çok rahat oldu.Ev sahibimiz her konuda hızlı dönüş sağladı kendisine teşekkür ederiz.Ev yeni, cok güzel ve temizdi ihtiyac olan her sey vardı.Çocuğumuz için sampuan ve ıslak mendilde bulundurmuslardı.Her sey için teşekkür ederiz🌸Ve Selanikte otopark ciddi bir sorun mutlaka bu ev gibi otoparklı seçeneklere bakın.(Mini bir tavsiye kahve kapsülü sayısı arttırılabilir :)

Cute place in a nice location very close to city centre and a few meters from the metro. Comfortable bed and not too hot for the Summer months. A great plus is the gated parking as Thessaloniki is quite tricky to find parking places. Christos was an excellent host.
