The total area of the villa is 174 square meters. On the first floor, there is a spacious and bright living room equipped with luxurious sofas, an oversized TV, and a TV cabinet. The open kitchen is furnished with modern appliances including an oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, double door refrigerator, and a very large dining table that can seat 8 people. The door from the living room opens onto the terrace, where we have a charcoal barbecue for guests. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a 120*200 double bed, while the master bedroom boasts a 160*200 double bed. the fourth bedroom has a 140*200 double bed, All bedding is made from organic cotton, ensuring comfort and cleanliness. The large bathroom upstairs boasts an oversized bathtub and modern fixtures. We provide branded shampoo and body wash, as well as a hair dryer for your convenience. The living room upstairs leads to a large terrace where you can relax with a drink or a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of Lake Meilan in the distance. The villa also features its own garden, adorned with two cherry blossom trees. It takes 45 minutes to drive into central Stockholm and 20 minutes to the airport Arlanda. It is also possible to reach Stockholm easily by bus and train.
