I thought Julián's apartment was excellent, very nice and with all the amenities described in the publication. It is also very well decorated and very comfortable, because although I arrived late at night, Julián answered me and attended to my request for accommodation late at night, something that I appreciated very much. The building is just a few steps from the beach and also has a series of amenities that make your stay in Santa Marta unparalleled

The apartment's layout is great, it has everything you need to have a pleasant family stay, the finishes are nice and it is well equipped. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home. The location of the condominium is perfect if you are looking for tranquility and to be away from the noise, the pools are excellent and the access to the beach is a plus. On the first floor there are mini markets and about 10 minutes walk there is an Ara and a D1. If you want to go to another area, taxis are available at the condominium exit. Thanks to Cesar and Ligia for being attentive and ensuring that the stay was the best.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and with everything you need for your stay. The unit with direct beach access, swimming pools, gym, everything was very nice. Mateo and Mrs. Yuli very attentive and pending to any requests. Highly recommended.

Located in a very quiet area but still fun. The apartment is very clean and very nice, the facilities of the complex are very complete... direct exit to the beach, they are very kind and attentive... I will return!

Excellent apartment, Andrea’s team is very proactive, easy instructions, the hotel pool is beautiful and the Gym is well equipped. Near malls are recently opened so there are few shops but potentially by the moment you are reading this should’ve changed.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

We loved our stay at Santiago’s place. Santiago was incredibly communicative and always made himself available. He left very clear instructions for arriving at the apartment and responded immediately when our taxi was lost. It was great to have access to the private beach with a beautiful view, and the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from town. If you don’t have a car or moto, the driveway is quite steep so be prepared for a workout. We also liked to take a shortcut to town — walk 5 minutes, down some hostel’s steep driveway, and cut across the beach. Our only issue was the lack of air and ventilation in the apartment. It felt quite stuffy and it was hard to ventilate the room without a screen door of some sort to keep the bugs out. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you, Santiago!

Nice spot to relax we loved the terrace!

Perfect stay for families! We loved being right on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. So few people are very quiet there. The pool is also close by which is easy with the kids. The accommodation is very large, the rooms very comfortable. Grocery stores are a bit far away, though. Christina is very responsive when we have questions. Loved our stay and would love to go back. Thanks again!

The accommodation is amazing, just like in the photos, very nice, clean, with a wonderful visit. It is located in a very privileged place to rest and the club has everything you need to not want to leave there. Communication with Ivan and Lina was very pleasant, very attentive and willing to answer questions and send all the information clearly for our arrival and departure.

What a great location for the sunset. It was also really nice to have access to the hotel pool. The dryer is hot, so be careful using it. It reduces a lot depending on the material, so be careful. Everything else was good.

The support was very good. The administrator helped us with an electrical issue in some rooms. And with the TV. Everything was arranged and we were given the necessary support. The location is perfect. The view is unbeatable. The apartment's setup is excellent. Highly recommended. The only issue was the check-in (NOT dependent on the apartment) since at the reception the people are slow and unwilling to help. We had minors and a pregnant person and they didn't help at all. Lots of people and few people helping. This is from the building, not the apartment.

an incredible complex, the order and services of the place are incredible. the apartment is very comfortable, quiet and nice. Sandra is attentive to my requirements and very kind. It is important to check the air conditioning in the main room and the dishwasher leak. but in general everything was amazing and with everything you need.

It is a very nice and quiet place, very close to the beach. As shown in the pictures. You can use some areas of the Mercure hotel, including the pool (beautiful and clean) and the beach area (chairs and umbrella), which makes the stay much better, but you pay an affordable price of 15,000 pesos per person during your stay. Communication with the host is excellent. Highly recommended
