The accommodation is easily accessible by car, a parking space is available in front of the house free of charge. Despite the convenient location, there is no traffic noise in the apartment, which can be reached via several steps and is located on the garden side. The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Private apartment set in a peaceful location close to the Danube. Fully renovated in 2018, stunning new fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and blinds in every bedroom that keep the light out. Quality furniture and bedding throughout. Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

Gemütliches Zimmer zur Alleinbenützung in ruhiger Lage am nördlichen Stadtrand von Linz (am Fuße von St. Magdalena). Der Radweg entlang der Donau führt direkt ins Stadtzentrum Linz. Auch die JKU (Johannes Kepler Universität) ist sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit der Straßenbahn gut erreichbar.
