Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Urubamba

I agree with the other reviewers—the photos don’t do justice to how truly stunning this place is. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The garden is a little paradise, with hummingbirds and other wildlife visiting daily. It’s just a short walk to mototaxis that can take you into town. The local people are incredibly kind and generous, always ready to help. Fabiola was warm, welcoming, and always available to answer questions or offer suggestions. I can’t wait to come back!

This is the most peaceful place we stayed in Peru. Dario’s place was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was nice to use. You can walk to town in 10-15 minutes. Dario responded quickly to our messages. If anyone in your party has problems with stairs, it could be difficult since the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is on the main floor. This was a comfortable place for our family of five to stay.

This house is amazing – the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. You have everything you need for a perfect stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy furnishings that make it feel like home. One of the highlights is the outdoor jacuzzi – it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is also fantastic, with beautiful nature spots and charming local places just a short drive away / or public transportation. Highly recommend – I’d definitely come back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our month-long stay at Unuwasi. Erika & Yuli are excellent hosts - very kind, helpful, and responsive to all of our needs. The unit is spacious, modern, cozy, and very clean. The outdoor space and surroundings are extremely beautiful & peaceful. This stay is perfect for relaxing & enjoying the outdoors. The food is also delicious - the best Lomo Saltado we’ve had yet! Our only issue was that the hot tub didn’t work as well as we had hoped. Regardless, we highly recommend staying here during your trip to the beautiful Sacred Valley!

The location was great, but checking in was kind of inconvenient. Had to notify them when we arrive so that and meet with them to get the key. The door was difficult to open. The water in the shower was weird, it could only be boiling hot and can’t adjust temperature. There was a washer but no dryer, so you have to air dry. Also can only do laundry in the morning cause of the water amount or something. Otherwise the stay was fine. Large house, good for large group.

Eduardo is an excellent host! very helpful with instructions and attentive! The view of the mountains is amazing and it has a huge garden with a patio setting to enjoy! I loved the yoga studio upstairs with a deck to practice outside or also inside! The bed is very comfortable and the shower is strong and Hot! It has a new kitchen with oven that I enjoyed very much! The best part it's that Arin Waterfalls are only 20 minutes walking! Amazing spot to enjoy, meditate and watch the valley from the top! The neighborhood it's very peacefull and people are very kind! I felt safe at all time! I would definitely come back!

I love coming to Mauricio's any time I take break from work. The ample and well stoked kitchen supplies allow me to cook my favorite recipes. Coffee in the balcony overlooking the majestic Sacred Valley it's become a favorite ritual of mine while listening to the birds bring on the new day. There's a couple of gourmet shops nearby where I get all my favorite treats. Thanks Mauricio for another wonderful stay.

Our host was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and reliable throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrival stress-free. The location is excellent—just a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk to the vibrant Plaza Mayor de Cusco, allowing easy access to the city’s main attractions.

Rodolfo took care of us. Very attentive, kind and helpful and above all decisive. He also gave us recommendations about the place and the sites we were going to visit later. It should be noted that we had a mishap with the suitcases and it was resolved quite well. About the apartment: very central, a few meters from the Plaza de Armas. Very comfortable and for a very affordable price. If you are thinking of visiting the historic center of Cusco or going to Machu Picchu, it is a very good option since the same bus to Ollantaytambo is very close to the accommodation. The only downside is that it has no heating but portable stoves

Very responsive host. Excellent providing my request. I found the floors very slippery and asked for some rugs and she brought some brand new ones the next day. Very comfy bed and nice tv. My only complaint was the shower, it's very tricky to get the right pressure and tempurature. Be warned its on the northside of town at the very top. Everywhere you walk in town makes for a tough uphill walk back.

We loved this location near a beautiful waterfall! Cozy bed and well stocked kitchen with a nice fireplace. The staff was able to help us carry our bags across the bridge and park just outside the gate. We really enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful stay at Gustavo's house. Both the house and the property were in pristine condition. The house shares the yard with two other rentals and Gustavo's house, but everyone is friendly and enjoying the space. We had some challenges with the check-in/house, but Gustavo was friendly and proactive to resolve it. We would recommend it to anyone looking to explore the area.

This is our second time in this villa in Valle Sagrado, the house is beautiful, super comfortable and luxurious. Natalia, has given us excellent tip and activity data that my family wanted to make. We are happy and we will be back for sure.

We have stayed in many airbnbs around the world and very few made us feel as at home as this one. Gustavo the owner, Yuly the caretaker, and Isabel the chef all played their roles to perfection. It is a 30 minute walk to town downhill. Take a mobiletaxi back. The breakfast was well worth the extra charge. We also asked Isabel to make a traditional dinner for us. The grounds are amazing, bunnies running around and gigantic hummingbirds. Just wow. We are already planning to return for a longer stay.

Beautiful home with a spacious yard and incredible mountain views, all in a quiet neighborhood that's only about a 15 minute walk from the Pisac Market and great restaurants. Perfect location for exploring the Pisac ruins, Sacred Valley, Tambomachay, Puka Pukara, Tipon, Sacsayhuaman, even Cusco, which is only about 45 minutes away. Special shout out to Gualberto and Jesusa for being so gracious and for keeping us stocked up on firewood and dried eucalyptus (Peruvian fire starter). Stayed for 5 days and didn't want to leave. Next time, we're staying for 2 weeks!

The house have a beautiful architecture, the place is amazing only take into account to rent a car to reach downtown, very peaceful, 4 room la to lodge a big family or two, super happy with the stay, the host also provide a housekeeping personnel for cleaning with additional $10 daily fee
