All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Only 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, grouse, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Access to the games room at no additional cost, featuring a pool table (stone slate) and an air hockey table. A noisy camp is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from November 1 to April 1 and is for exclusive use.

"La Locanda - living houses" 1

La Locanda has four small houses spread out in a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom with A/C, a bathroom, a kitchen and a winter garden with a wood-burning stove. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by fauna and flora, 500 m from the beach (a 10 min walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners, Adri and Tato, with clay interiors and a living roof that provide the interior with good thermal insulation and unique warmth. Sierras de Leskem is a nature reserve, located in the Department of Maldonado, 30 minutes from Piriapolis and 20 minutes from Minas. Our accommodation consists of an old AFE train car, restored with all amenities, to enjoy tranquility with a spectacular 360-degree view of the mountains.
