A house newly built in September 2022, standing on a cliff with a 340-degree ocean view. All rooms are ocean view and are about 100 square meters. Your usable area is the 2nd floor accommodation and the 3rd floor rooftop BBQ terrace. Each room has a 50-inch or larger TV, and the living room has a 4K projector and large screen for watching movies. There is a barbecue terrace on the rooftop connected from the outside stairs, where you can enjoy sunrises, daytime ocean views, evening sunrises, night views, starry skies, and the moon. Be healed by the scenery of the sea and nature. The rooftop terrace is fully equipped with a toilet, kitchen space, and laundry area. There are 8 electrical outlets, and you can cook using IH. The two bedrooms each have two double beds, accommodating up to 8 people. The sofa in the living room also has space for a single bed. Recommended for couples, families, and 3-generation trips. I think you'll be able to use it with confidence♪ I (the owner) can only speak Japanese, but we can communicate with a translation app, so it's not a problem (^ ^) [What we want you to understand] This inn is a "stayable coffee shop" operating under the name of "Sukiya & Coffee Agalime". The cafe is open from 11: 30-16: 00. After 17: 00, it is a rare style that is exclusively for guests. There are also cafe hours, so there are restrictions on the use of the kitchen, but we will communicate with you and guide you. The bedroom is a private space with a key. This inn is a traditional Okinawan house built about 70 years ago. My grandmother and uncle lived there.This is a very beautiful house and I want to keep it for the future. We provide a space where you can relax while retaining an old-fashioned atmosphere. I dare not have a TV because I want you to relax at the inn, and enjoy the conversation. It's a very quiet environment. 5-10 minutes drive to the sea and restaurants.There is also a 24-hour store and convenience store, making it convenient for shopping. There is also free private parking and Wi-Fi, which is recommended for business and resort use. We also have a kitchen where you can cook yourself, as well as the facilities and miscellaneous goods necessary for daily life, so long stays are also recommended.
