When asking the host they are able to offer a different room the initial answer was more or less a "deal with it" in nicer words.

George's team were helpful and tried their best to fix the issue however the smell still remained!

Host was very responsive and proactive especially when we arrived as we accidentally forgot the key inside our room and he sent someone to help in a matter of minutes.

The check in and check out instructions and processes are fine and easy to follow. The place is easy to find. The room was clean and tidy but it had an odd smell, which we could not stand.
