We had a wonderful stay at Matt's. I felt at ease and at home immediately. Charming landscape, the interiors was thoughtfully designed with plenty of natural light, tree canopy views of the backyard and starry evening skies. The space had a good balance of modern arch/rustic cozy vintage touches, most notably, the Amber Glass pendant created a lovely ambience in the evening with music. Matt had a good collection of books for morning/ afternoon reading.
The location was convenient to the grocery store where we bought breakfast ingredients. The kitchen was efficient, had all the basics along with nice cutlery.
My husband was initially worried about feeling claustrophobic sleeping in the cove bed, yet he ended up having the best sleep in a long time, also due to the comfy mattress, cool temp and quietness.
We hiked at Las Tunas Trail one morning but it was also nice to walk up the street and see the eclectic homes in the neighborhood. I appreciate the easy parking spot 👌
