Austenne would be a great guest, minus the cats. I made a special exception for her to bring them but I regret it. Despite her failure to prevent or disrupt damage as it was happening, she was willing to pay an extra deposit covering repairs, replacements, and extra cleaning, so in all fairness I would recommend her as trustworthy to future hosts.

Austenne did a women's wellness retreat at our property, the nature of which we really appreciated. There were some miscommunication issues during her stay, but we all did our best to resolve it. We wish Austenne the best of luck moving forward with her venture.
