This was my first time attempting BJJ. I felt right at home from the beginning. Paulo was gracious enough to explain in both Portuguese for his students and in English for me and created an atmosphere that was open, playful, and disciplined. It was a very genuine place.

The music selection was wonderful!

Paulo represented BJJ in such a way that I will continue the journey long after this class. I’m so glad I attended his class. It was a life changing experience.

Great intro class to jiu jitsu. Paulo is a very clear and patient instructor. I even asked to attend a second time during my trip.
