Amazing experience all around! Mattia is a great and friendly chef. He developed a custom menu for my fiancée and I based on her favorite type of food (Japanese-Italian fusion). The food was exceptional including taste, presentation, and service. His business partner (and wife) who is a pastry chef even prepared the baked goods for our dinner. He also worked within the limited kitchenette we had available in our AirBnB and cleaned everything as he went so there was nothing for us to do after enjoying our dinner.

Throughout the entire process he was communicative, accommodating, and professional. He was open to any questions we had regarding his background, what is is like working in Michelin restaurants, the food he was preparing that night, etc.
