Kenneth was a high-quality guest. He earned across-the-board 5-star ratings on all the Airbnb metrics: cleanliness, communication and respecting our grounds and our ground rules. The check in and out were easy – as communicated through the Airbnb app. It is guests like this one who make our work so much easier and more gratifying. On top of this he was patient with a smoke detector issue and was always extremely polite. We endorse him fully to any and all would-be future Hosts.
