Plus a 1.90 x 1.40cm sofa bed Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, linens, and towels. There are grocery stores and public transportation 300 meters away. The building has a Minimarket, SUM, Jacuzzi and Sauna.

In this environment there is a futon bed where two people can sleep, and in the attic that is carpeted there are two single sommier beds that can join their mattresses and become a double bed.
