The small, cosy garden building accommodates 1-2 people and it consists of a small 13 m2 sleeping area with a kitchen corner, a private wooden sauna, washrooms and a toilet. Self-catering entrance. Parking space. Location near Sibelius's home in Ainola. 1.5 km to the centre of Järvenpää. Natural scenery, beach park and lake nearby. By train from Helsinki only 30 min.

Seaside cottage

The seaside cottage is by the sea. The view is really nice as it looks at the sea all the way to the horizon. You can go for nice walks or swimming. Perhaps in the winter on a walk on the ice. Perfect spot if you have your fishing gear with you, or a canoe or SUP-board. The cottage works well for family, couples or just traveling alone. The place is also fine with small pets that do not shed. A sauna and reasonable amount of wood free of charge to warm up the sauna and smoker +fireplace outside.

It is about 25 min from the airport, and 30 min from Helsinki center by car. Supermarkets are just 5 min away by car. Able to fit up to 4 persons (double bed on the loft + separate bedroom). Woods to sauna are included, hot tube for additional request and charge.

Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
