Holiday rentals with lake access in Uva Province

Indira mam place is a wonderful place, right near to spice farming, and they built it beautifully, and for me as a guest i visited temples, as well yala safari, all recommendation provided by Indira mam and her manager Ranjan sir, all went smooth, and perfect, food was wonderful, lovely spices, and portions were huge,people can also can go for a walk to near lake place, gorgeous places, lots of greenary, they built the place mailagama residence with lovely concept, i will be happy to come back again in future subject they are available at that time.

Highly recommended to anyone looking to go Udawalawe National Park! Very friendly family and the food is fantastic. Host is very responsive which is a huge plus and he checks on us time to time. Five Stars !!!!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and was beyond our expectations we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host is responsive and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. He took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and made the check in, finding the location and check out process super easy! Perfect location for exploring the area and to relax. we’ll definitely be back!

Ich kann mich den sehr positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Auch für mich war dies ein sehr besonderer Ort! Das Guest House liegt sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig fußläufig zum Ort. Nachdem die Tage zuvor etwas anstrengend und chaotisch waren, konnte ich hier direkt zur Ruhe kommen und die Akkus aufladen. Weit weg von allen Touristenströmen… Krishan und sein Team waren zudem sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Als wir da waren, haben wir uns kurzfristig für eine Safari entschieden, die Krishan für uns organisiert hat. Für uns war diese allein unter dem Gesichtspunkt möglich, dass diese im Respekt zur Natur- und Tierwelt durchgeführt wird. Dies war im Maduru Oya Nationalpark auf jeden Fall erfüllt. Wir haben 2x das Curry genossen, was absolut köstlich war. Unabhängig von der Safari, einer meiner Lieblingsorte in Sri Lanka. Danke Krishan!

This beautiful cottage is small, and perfect for a small family. Since Nuwera Eliya gets a bit cold at night, the cozy bed rooms and the blankets provided by Thidasala came to our rescue. His father took care of us so well, since Thidasala was not in town when we visited. We appreciate that. The view from the room of the Gregory Lake is brilliant. The wifi is good. We had a small kitchen as well. The bathroom was clean and we had hot water. This place is perfect for a small family who wants to enjoy the city, and not be in the rush. Their hospitality was amazing. 5 star from me.

The host was very kind helpful and friendly. He made the breakfast food we wanted and they were awesome.🙏

We had a lovely time. We stayed at the cottage. The property is lovely and the meals are great. We enjoyed the beautiful natural pools that are very nearby, and if you are in Ella for hikes and nature, this is a great place to stay. But if you want to be near the train station and town, you may want to look somewhere there. This is in the mountains, which is what we were looking for.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Der Gastgeber war äußerst höflich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wenn wir etwas benötigten, konnten wir ihn unkompliziert über Chat Nachricht kontaktieren – er antwortete meist sofort und kümmerte sich schnell um unsere Anliegen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass er uns am Abreisetag zu einem fairen Preis mit dem Auto zur nächsten Unterkunft gebracht hat. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, die Außenanlage liebevoll und ansprechend gestaltet. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre – wir können diese Unterkunft eindeutig weiterempfehlen!

Ajith’s father Mr. Premadasa was very helpful and co-ordinating… He helped us out in preparing barbeque and responded to every query of us… We had a great stay and i would certainly recommend all to stay at this place when in Nuwara Eliya.

The property matched all the photos listed, and if anything, it exceeded our expectations. The stunning landscape and the beauty of the surroundings made our stay feel like a dream. While public transport options are limited, having a private vehicle is the best way to reach the property comfortably. Once there, you'll be able to fully enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views. I highly recommend this property, particularly for families or groups seeking a peaceful retreat. We would love to return again in the future!
