Miro’s place was great! It was a short walk to the old city but far enough away to be peaceful. You have your own private patio right on the water, with sun beds and umbrellas. It was heavenly! The apartment is small but has everything you need. The kitchen is great, the shower has great water pressure, and the beds are comfortable. I could have stayed for a month! Miro was very helpful with everything. Make sure to rent a bike in town so you can explore other parts of the island.

The best suite we have ever been to. New construction, brand new apartment perfectly decorated for two. A positive surprise with the cleanliness, hospitality and kindness of Mrs. Michela. The lady is extraordinarily, and always at your service, she even took my girlfriend to the dentist urgently. The apartment is perfect, air conditioned, has all the washers and dryers and most importantly clean. To anyone coming this must be the first option as it is new and super cheap for what you will get. The best you can get at this price in all of Korcula and the best possible hostess! 100/10

I loved staying in this gorgeous apartment! The hosts were very friendly and were generous with recommendations for things to do and restaurants. The apartment is in a fantastic location - very close to port and Old Town but still peaceful. The place is even better than it looks in photos - extremely clean and it has a cool retro vibe. Comfy bed, massive flat screen tv, great aircon and well equipped kitchen. It was great to have a washing machine too! Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Charming & luxurious Old Town Apartment

There were three of us and we were allowed to spend 4 nights in Georg's apartment. Simply sensational from start to finish. Georg was very accessible, organized a parking space for us in the marina and we were already expected by Deni upon our arrival there. She then accompanied us to the apartment and explained everything to us. The apartment is located in the old town in the pedestrian zone and is easily accessible via a few steps. Restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment is beautifully renovated, selectively furnished and very comfortable. In the kitchen and bathroom, it also has everything you need to spend a few days there. Georg also took the trouble to write down various restaurant and excursion tips and if we didn't know something, Deni was happy and quick to provide us with tips. We enjoyed our stay every second and can really recommend the apartment.

What a wonderful stay! Dalibor picked us up and took our bags the (albeit short) walk to the home from the ferry. The space was beautiful and private, a close enough walk to the old town and beaches, but far enough from the busier center. The deck was lovely and the view was even more beautiful! Would very much recommend here for a larger group.

5 stars for sure. Gorgeous, clean, modern and you’re outside the crowded old town center. The host is so lovely and helped me with everything. Local water taxis are a 5 min walk down from the apartment and take you to town in 5 mins for 3 euro so you don’t even need a car. Really enjoyed my quiet and peaceful stay in a place that was very modern and luxurious.
