It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Było fantastycznie. Przemiła gospodyni i śliczny , przytulny apartament. Wyjątkowo czyste i pachnąco. Przywitano nas butelką wina a pożegnano drobnymi prezentami home made. Polecam gorąco to miejsce i zamierzam tu wrócić. Dziękuję Sonja i Dino.❤️❤️❤️

die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. W Ebenso war die Wohnung super sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und eine Flasche Wein gab es auch noch zur Begrüßung.. Das Dorf war angenehm ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine schönen Urlaub, die Anlage liegt ruhig und hat eine bezaubernde Aussicht, hier kann man perfekt abschalten und hat seine Privatsphäre. Das Appartement hat alles was man benötigt, die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls top ausgestattet und der große Pool perfekt um sich abzukühlen mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Meer direkt vor der Tür ist zwar Felsig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Kommen gerne wieder.

We zijn een weekje in dit mooie appartement geweest. We zijn naar de Plitvice meren geweest, we hebben twee keer een mooie mountainbike route gedaan, het eiland verkend met een quad en een vijf eilanden boottocht gedaan vanuit Punat. De baai is op loopafstand, je kan er heerlijk zwemmen

We had a wonderful one week stay at Vedran’s apartment. It’s centrally located, next to the beach, just as described. Walkable distance from everything. Apartment was nice and tidy, has all the essential amenities, and was really comfortable for staying with our toddler son. It was super easy to communicate to Vedran, he was always responsive. We are definitely coming back next year. We loved everything.
