Unwind on the spacious balcony with canal views and seagull sounds. Outdoors and indoors living blend seamlessly via sliding double doors from the taupe refinement of the open-plan lounge. This apartment lies in Cape Town’s upscale Harbour District. Back-up battery to keep wifi and tv on during power cuts. Kylemore A has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Large bedrooms with ample cupboard space. Main bedroom opens up onto the balcony which overlooks the Marina. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher inside the apartment. Guests will have the entire apartment for exclusive use I welcome all guests to the apartment and share my local tips of Cape Town and surrounds. I live only 3km's away for any emergencies and guests are always welcome to text or phone me with any questions during their stay. The building is an easy stroll to the V&A Waterfront shopping complex with loads of great restaurants. It’s a sort drive to the Sea Point promenade and popular Bree, Loop, Long, and Kloof streets with their boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The Marina residential estate is a very exclusive and secure complex.

Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms
