Cozy little north lance house from the 19th century. The house is located in the middle of Lofoten at E10, 250 meters from Lofotr Viking Museum at Borg. 200 meters to kiosk and roadhouse. 500 meters to shop. 12 km to Leknes and 11 km to Unstad. The house is part of a small farm. There is no washing machine or dryer in the house, but it is possible to wash clothes in the main house on the farm. It is relatively low under the ceiling of the bedroom in the attic - see pictures. Great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Both in summer and winter.

The view from the property is enormous, and is a beautiful vantage point for the midnight sun! Very great location for hiking in mountains, fishing in fresh water and sea, swimming in fresh water, and as a starting point for trips around Lofoten. Right by the property is the mountain peak "Haveren" (808m). Access to hunting terrain in the fall, with abundance of duck, goose, grouse, etc. 25 min from Leknes, 45 min from Svolvær.

The kitchen is equipped with what you need for simple meals. The wagon is heated and has electricity and running water.

Welcome to Vestvågøy in Lofoten, and welcome to be our guest. We rent out a charming and practical guesthouse, located in our back yard. Our guesthouse has one bedroom, and there is a sleeping sofa in the living room. The guesthouse has a nice, big living room, a simple kitchen area (with a refrigerator, small cooking oven, microwave and a sink, and the equipment that is needed for simple cooking), a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a storage room. There is also a washing machine available.

Fantastic hiking opportunities just outside the door, a hike in the field or just enjoy the view of the sea the possibilities are there. Museum and the aquarium are 2 km away. You can enjoy a nice meal or just stroll around the caipromenade in Svolvær or take a shopping trip. Be base here and drive around and enjoy all the great things Lofoten has to offer nature to dining experience.
